We decided to go with MR Solar for our Solar panel installation after a visit of their advisor (Jordi) at home. Some parties don't come to your home, so that was already a headstart.
The whole installation was explained very well in detail and even though the costs were higher then other offers we had, we decided to go for them. The feeling was good, it was a honost explanation why their costs were higher, like good materials and a longer and more inclusive guarantee on the equipment and man hours for instance.
After the offer was signed we got a call after 2 weeks that they had a spot open the next day, so we didn't have to wait for 15 weeks. That was a nice bonus.
The only thing was that the materials for adjusting the fuse box wasn't available yet, but that was sorted out within 2 weeks. In the meantime, the solar panels were working and we could benefit already, only we couldn't track them individually yet, but that was no problem for us.
The installation of the fuse box was a bit more expensive then in the offer, but it was explained upfront and very honost and clear why that was the case at our home. And the installation of the new fuse box was done very well so we are happy customers from MR Group.

Everything went as planned.
In regards to the quotation and billing, everything perfect, no surprises. We were also able to use the loan from Warmtefonds for it and MR Solar accepted.
The installation went just perfect. 12 panels installed within no more than 4 hours. The care they put into the interior connection to the roof was really great. They always try to make it look pretty in the end.
