Not only did I get an excellent clean from a friendly and hardworking team but I got personal advice from Jayne and help and insight from Leon. You pay for all round service and they provide tenfold!

Although the team did an overall decently good job, noting the price point compared to the level of quality, I would not choose to use Mrs Muscle again. Just my own personal opinion, but I did not feel the service was good value for money.

I was hesitant to write this review for fear of a backlash reply, noting an earlier response by the MrsMuscle team on a 2 star review, which appeared to dox the reviewer by noting where they were employed. The review is noted as updated which leads me to think it was since amended, but in my view this is poor form as a business & goes beyond what’s appropriate in defending a poor review through sticking to the facts of a situation when a review left is misleading or inaccurate.

The team did a fantastic job. Customer service and communication were spot on. Highly recommended.

The team for the squalor clean were punctual, thorough and friendly. A great help at a difficult time.

From my first meeting with Jayne and her team for my pre-sale clean after a tenant moved out, they have been nothing short of professional. Very prompt in responding to all communications.

Highly recommend Mrs Muscle they will not disappoint!

We recently had to evict a tenant from our investment property who had absolutely destroyed our unit. The unit was in brand new condition when the property was leased to her only 15 months ago including brand new carpet and fresh paint. Words cannot describe the state of the house after such a short time. We were heartbroken and honestly didn’t know where to even begin or how to fix the damage and filth we had been left with. The team at Mrs Muscles Cleaning were absolutely outstanding. From the first day when we arranged and inspection to walking through once they had completed the clean, they were professional, prompt and I cannot believe the results.
The house had a pet living / locked inside resulting in urine and faeces in every room. Every wall was scratched/ damaged and just dirty in every possible way, something we thought no cleaner would take on.
The team have removed all the rubbish, animal waste, and cleaned and prepared every wall ready for repainting. Scrubbed all of the tiles and grout from urine stains and other spills and stains.
Our little house looks almost brand new again thanks to Mrs Muscles Cleaning and we couldn’t be more happy to leave a review so that others can choose such a reliable and professional company. New carpet and paint to come and this will all be a distant memory. Thank you SO much everyone.

The Mrs Muscle Team worked their magic on our new place which we had purchased and which needed a deep and thorough clean prior to moving in.

From my initial enquiry, Jayne was professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. I felt at ease knowing her and her team understood our needs and would deliver on promises.

We’re so so happy.
I messaged Jayne (Mrs Muscle) out of the blue asking desperately if they could do a clean, after our whole family was hit with influenza and I got pneumonia! Therefore my depression had hit rock bottom. Our bathrooms (especially) floors, kitchen needed a general tidy up just to ease our minds.
We we’re having an inspection and our landlord is not one to put her hand in her pocket 🙄
Jayne explained this is not what they usually do but could sense the urgency and without hesitation booked us in.

Mrs muscle cleaning recently cleaned my ensuite ready for painting. Every corner was cleaned and my grout has never looked this good. On time, efficient and affordable

I was put into contact with Mrs Muscle cleaning through a friend of mine, and I couldn’t be more grateful for having Arlenes’ help. I was threatened by my agent to sign off on handing over all my bond payment after my lease was up, after speaking to Arlene over the phone and taking her advise she helped me get all my bond money back, so easy and no stress!

I have never used a cleaning company before to help with my end of lease clean, I normally try to do it my self but sadly I have let my old property go, I decided to reach out to Mrs Muscle Cleaning to assist with cleaning my home so I could get my bond back. The communication was amazing and Jayne was very responsive and was able to fit me in.

The team that came out were very approachable and you can tell that they have an eye for detail and know what they are doing. I came back into the property and was amazed that this was that same home. I can't thank you guys enough and I will defiantly use this company in the future!!

Mrs Muscle Cleaning clearly communicated with us through the whole process, including deciding a date, quotes and payment process. We requested unscented products to use for someone with allergies, and they researched and found appropriate products. They went above and beyond our expectations and delivered a great spring/deep clean.

We also appreciated that when they had unwell team members, they contacted us as early as possible to explain they don't want to put their staff or us at risk and organised to reschedule within a week of the original date, working around our preferences.

Multiple things missed, emails received were really unprofessional and rude.

EDIT: Thankyou for proving how unprofessional your company is with your response. I misunderstood your instructions, this does not make me a liar, it’s actually unprofessional to accuse a customer of this.
And as for the realestate agent report, You did not request this in the end, I did in hopes they would find additional poor qualities of the clean, however they did not as like I said me and my partner cleaned up after your company. And can you please take down the location of where I work as that is a huge breach of my privacy.

It was my first time using Mrs Muscle’s Cleaning for an end of lease clean and it was also the first time a real estate agent has not called back due issues with the cleaning.

I have used cleaning companies in the past for end of lease cleans and the agent has always had issue(s). To be honest, you get what you paid for, I paid half the price with other cleaning companies and I definitely got what I paid for!

Mrs Muscel’s were very easy to deal with, very friendly, open and honest!
