If I could gize negative 10 stars I would. Made an order a month ago for a significant amount, nothing delivered since. Not answering any calls, emails or any form of contact. I even drove to the address, and was unable to locate the place. If they are closing down, how are they still allowed to take orders and money!!
I ordered from them a year ago and everything was good, so unfortunately it seems they have gone out of business but still taking everyones money without sending the product

Beware this is a con, ordered and never got the stuff, I hope Paypal refunds me my money. I hope you Sanitiser people end up where you belong, in a cell!

The only thing that's worse than their appalling customer service is their credit rating.
Emails are now bouncing back, so it looks like the 'End is Nigh'.
Fortunately I only got caught for a small amount!

Terrible service. Took them 4 weeks to tell me that the product is out of stock and when canceled, no acknowledgment of the same whatsoever. I don't think they will be refunding my money at all. Obviously, the ACCC complaint is on the way already.

This company is unprofessional and incompetant at best. Fraudulant and Dishonest at worst. An order placed and payment made three weeks ago. Calls and emails go answered and promises to call back are dismissed. Stay away. Cannot even confirm an order will be cancelled and refunded. ACCC will be my next email.

So easy to order, quick deliveries, I would not go anywhere else.

Did not receive my purchase on time. Had to go out and buy something else .very very very disappointed. Lines of communication were via email, telephone calls expressing the urgency of the situation. Was promised delivery will arrive on time. But this didn’t happen.
