Previously ordered Christmas decorations.

My niece loves to decorate her table and is very into tablescaping, but gathers from the countryside, I thought I would add to her finds with a few bits for an Easter scape, She absolutely adores the eggs and the monogrammed napkins, I am now her very favorite aunty
(always was really!)

Very efficient and quick delivery but I thought the shade was bigger, it is lovely but needed a larger shade.
Do you do them in a bigger size.

Absolutely rubbish , ordered a Easter lamp costing £100 plus £6 delivery and it is falling apart it’s made from styrofoam which is all exposed on the feet , ear falling apart exposing metal and threads coming out of all the clothing . Worse than something you would get from home bargains . Do not shop with them the quality is not in keeping with their prices .
All for show .

Further to their reply . This issue is it should have never been sent out like this in the first place , people shouldn’t have to waste time returning an item that is falling apart for over £100 .
There for people need to avoid buying product that are poor quality . Why should people have to get something that is completely trashed the. Spend time sending it back and waiting for their refund , make better products.

Lovely items but shipping is rather slow and costly, without much communication until you inquire. Recently the fabric on lamp shades feels like inexpensive polyester with a 'sheen' vs. a high quality fabric (cotton, etc.). Items sell out quickly and take a while to restock but a lovely company with some very nice choices for the home!

I bought several items from Mrs Alice which were on preorder and they arrived beautifully packaged around the expected delivery time. The items are lovely and unique and I am so happy with them. There was an issue with one of them which was resolved very promptly and satisfactorily with no inconvenience to myself. Communication and responsiveness has been very impressive throughout and I would definitely buy from Mrs Alice again.

I am now initially suspicious about both clothing and 'interiors' firms whose names I have never heard of - but which SOUND so "uber-British" - appearing on my social media feeds. Often, when you dig, they turn out to be based in China with nightmare returns policies that you might just as well not bother with, even when your glossily-presented item turns out to be a load of rubbish.

So although I liked the look of many of the Mrs Alice products, I dug around to ascertain that they are very much based in UK - and that "Mrs Alice" is even a real person. So took a deep breath and ordered one product.

It arrived very swiftly, and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately there was a fault on it (which can happen with anyone, even Harrods!), so I requested a replacement and this arrived JUST as swiftly & is absolutely lovely. So excellent Customer Service, 10/10.

The item was not cheap, but it shows, and is money very well spent. I look forward to the pleasure of selecting further lovely pieces from this company over time.
