The actual color is more of a blueish aqua, not a true light blue color. Doesn’t coordinate well with the art that I intended to flank with the sconces. Not sure if I’ll keep the sconces.

I see I was billed twice on March 8th.
Both PayPal and Credit card says I must contact you first!!!!
Please make this a priority!

The delivery service was swift, the items were safely and very beautifully packaged, but the candlesticks themselves looked rather cheap and slightly gaudy in real life. I should have read the fine print – I thought they'd be mostly ceramic, but they were entirely made of resin which gives them a dollar-store feel. (My fault!) I kept them because my daughter especially wanted a memory of the green parakeets in London that flew over her student apartment daily.

Great products, fast delivery, good customer support for follow up questions.

It broke the first night I opened it. It only worked for about an hour. The button no longer works. It does not glow. I cannot get the light to turn on or off. I thought when I paid more money, it would be higher quality, but I could’ve paid for the same Chinese lamp for cheaper on Amazon. I just emailed customer service hoping to hear back soon.

I just adore this brand! The customer service and products are absolutely spot on with quality and timeliness. As an interior designer I see a lot of fabrics and wallpapers, and these are definitely up there with the higher end offerings but with a far more reasonable price point. Alice and Serena - you've created a truly magnificent brand. Kudos to you! Xx

I love my new brown ikat tablecloths. They are beautiful! They came quickly and were packaged well. Will definitely order again!

Parcel arrived quickly.
Was excited to see the gift I had purchased for my granddaughters first Easter. The basket was dented in. The handle was crushed. Pieces of glue string were attached the ribbon. Just very disappointed, especially due to the price paid. Sent pictures off and heard nothing back. Am hoping for a full refund due to sub standard item received plus I have no gift for my granddaughter!
