Made deposit of £40 10/7/25 and withdrew £1,300. After providing the relevant documents money was in my account next day. Was sceptical but mrrex came up trumps. Great service.

i signed up to their welcome offer but upon my qualifying bet settling, they didn't pay my free bet. They told me that i had used it already at one of their sister companies and i told them i dont have any account on any of them. They said they were going to look into it and I will receive an email shortly on the results. Its been couple of months. the chat agents will just say to wait for the email ( they still belive i will still receive the email after this long).
They also charge to deposit/withdraw. I wouldn't bother with them if i am honest.

I strongly advise anyone considering joining this website to avoid at all costs.
I played regularly on this website and was getting very lucky. Withdrawals would take no longer than 30 minutes for the funds to appear bank into my bank so i was enjoying playing.
On 26th August i attempted 2 withdrawals, one of £101 and another of £3500. These 2 withdrawals are still pending, my account has been blocked so it is hard to keep track of the status of the withdrawals.
Live chat is utterly useless. most of them cant speak english. The generic response i have heard about 100 times in the last 9 days is "this is with the relevent team, you will be updated via email". It is safe to say that the emails are few and far between and I am most certainly not updated, and starting to doubt whether anything is being done to resolve this issue or not.
I will note that in the 8 days after 26th, I managed to make 14 successful withdrawals totalling £17,500. There were no problems with these withdrawals, they all appeared in my bank within half an hour so there really shouldnt be an issue with the 2 in question, but here we are 9 days later!!!
I have launched a complaint with IBAS and I am considering legal action as Mr Rex have broken their T&Cs. I asked live chat for a formal name and contact at Mr Rex for my solicitor to be in touch with if this is required, with the company refusing to give a contact!!!!
All in all, do not use this website. I just want my money back and I will happily never use any of the brands as part of AG communications again.
