About MrQ.com
Written by the company
All fun, no faff — that’s the MrQ way.
We’re the casino that tells it like it is: no wagering requirements, no hidden catches, no corporate BS.
Every win is paid as real cash, every time. No sneaky fine print, no “you must play it 35x” nonsense.
Withdrawals hit within minutes, not days because waiting for your own money is ridiculous.
And with over 1,000 honest-to-goodness games, you’ll always find something worth hating us for.
Some players love us. Some love to hate us. Either way, they know we’re the real deal.
A welcome offer that’s actually worth it:
Join today, deposit & play £10, and grab 100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash*. No 35× wagering. No nonsense.
Sometimes you’ll hook a monster. Sometimes you’ll just feed the fish. Either way, it’s 100 free spins of pure Big Bass chaos with your first deposit.
Q says you’re welcome.
Full T&Cs apply. Not available in NI. 18+. BeGambleAware.org.
Need some help? Get in touch with our support team via chat, available from 09:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week.

Ive played on mr Q for a couple of uears and never had any problems until last week when i was asked to provide verification documents, the email even said nothing to worry about we'll sort everything quickly. I provided everything they asked for, still waiting for these to be reviewed a week later, chat just says under review, timeline have changed from 24 hours to 3-5 days to 7 days to 10 days but no clear timeline. They are also holding a withdrawal until these 'checks' are complete, but they will let you deposit! Chat is pointless, emails are unanswered, really dissapointed as previously thought they were one of the better sites

Tony, no one should have to top up just to collect a win, and we're not a scam. Withdrawals sometimes need a payment check first, and that can look like a deposit request. Live Chat can see what's holding yours up and sort it out.

Dylan, best slots depends who you ask, and wins are random. Give a few a go and see which ones make you smile. Thanks for the review, and please keep it fun.

Benjamin, won and lost is the honest way to describe it. If you ever think you could have taken a nice pot, limits and cash-out choices are yours, so play in a way that works for you. Thanks for the review.

Antony, glad you’ve found it very good and broken even. Every bingo game is random, and someone has to win each one, so it can look like the same names come up. We don’t hold anything back, that’s just how the draw falls. Thanks for the review.

I made the first deposit of £10
I made the first deposit of £10, had a few spins on a slots which then qualified me for 200 free 10p spins as part of a promotion. From the 200 spins I made just over £20 i took that to one of my favourite games and cashed out at £30. Not a massive win, but after seeing the negative comments I just wanted to share that its all legit. Nobody likes losing money, but if you chase the loss then the only person to blame is yourself 🤷♂️ gambling isn't a get rich scheme and you can't blame the company when you don't win and call it a scam... anyway, I made a quick £20 profit and then payed out in less than 2 minutes.

Thanks for putting this so well. A £20 profit and a payout in under 2 minutes is a great start, and you’re right that gambling isn’t a get-rich scheme. Enjoy it, and keep it fun.
