After spending $500k+ in equipment…

After spending $500k+ in equipment with this company we finally had to just sell everything and switch to someone who doesn't price gouge you every chance they get. Even mark up on parts they don't manufacture is 40x and I guess at some point it became more about making money for M&R than good service and fair prices. A side warning to stay away from their Digital Printing Equipment (DTG printers), they have a history of selling machines and then discontinuing them a year or two later leaving their customers like us holding the bag (AKA M-Link, now the scam is the "Maverick"). Got a quote today to repair our discontinued M-Link X and it was $25,000+ for a machine we spent $90,000 on. Absolutely ridiculous!
