The RL Polo Madras jacket is really cool! Fit is perfect!! But the zipper needed a slight adjustment. Extra fabric was crowding the zipper start area. Fabric was not allowing the zipper to function properly. A small amount of fabric had to be adjusted out of the way.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mr. Porter. I ordered a pair of Nike Dunk sneakers from the Men's section, where the product was listed with generic sizes like 10, 11, etc., without any "Women's" or "W" label in the title or the selection grid.
The biggest issue is the blatant technical error in their official Size Guide tool. For this specific item, the guide explicitly stated that US Size 10 equals 30 cm. Relying on this data, I placed my order. However, I received a Women's US 10, which is only 27 cm—a massive 3 cm discrepancy from their own advertised measurements.
Instead of acknowledging this factual error on their website, the customer service (I spoke with multiple agents: Peter, Gavin, David, and others) wasted days of my time with scripted responses. Despite the item being completely unwearable due to their listing mistake, they had the nerve to offer a measly $10 refund as a "gesture of goodwill". This amount doesn't even cover the initial shipping costs, let alone the financial loss I've incurred.
Mr. Porter prefers to hide behind "Final Sale" policies rather than fixing their technical errors or treating customers fairly. If you are an international buyer, be very careful—their technical data is unreliable, and their management will not help you when they fail. Total waste of time and money.

I placed an order online for adidas trainers that were on sale. I received email confirmation with DHL tracking no.
3 days later I receive an email stating they have received my return request???
I immediately called them and explained i never placed a return, and that I was still waiting for my order to be delivered. The Advisor then tells me my order is already on its way back to the warehouse.
What a strange transaction I've had with Mr Porter and this was my first order with them. Pretty sketchy. They better be processing my refund !

My order was lost by the courier, who admitted full liability in writing within 48 hours. Mr Porter first instructed me to return the items for a refund (?!), then insisted on an internal investigation before providing. I have no clothes, and still out of pocket two weeks on. Not just disappointing, but I’m quite sure in breach of my consumer rights. Very poor.

Ordered a watch, which arrived not working … no quality control and no immediate refund.
Instead deferred to a specialist department whom I’m still awaiting a response from… I expect a full refund but so far poor, very poor !
