Untrustworthy

I bought a pair of expensive shoes from this company which were defective on arrival. The company offered 10% refund of the original price (acknowledgement that something was wrong with the shoes). When I subsequently asked for a full refund instead, they refused to allow me to return the defective shoes. Awful experience, don’t use them.

Customer Service hard to reach

the orders in my name were fraudulent and results of my card being hacked. I tried multiple times to contact customer service to no avail.

Terrible experience twice in a row.

Terrible experience twice in a row.
Firstly no follow up / closure to serious quality failures of goods purchased (Brunello Cucinelli product with major dye leaks and shoes with inexplicable tearing)
Secondly extremely misleading delivery options. Next business day delivery in London apparently means two business days later according to the small print shown no where at the time of check-out and payment.
Mr Porter has really gone down hill, as someone who spends thousands each year with them think I would recommend buying directly from the brands as no added advantage or speed using this intermediary.

Item not received/no refund

My item was misdelivered by DHL, I never received the item. Customer service replied quickly to let me know they would open an investigation with the courier and to allow 15 working days. After the 15 working days they have completely stopped responding and ignored my request for a refund.
