I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with MrPay9.
I won approximately $5,000 while playing on their site, but my winnings were completely voided due to a “bet limit rule” that was never clearly enforced during gameplay.
At no point was I prevented from placing bets or warned that I was exceeding any limits. The system allowed all wagers, which gave me no indication I was doing anything wrong.
After winning, the casino refused to pay out any of the winnings and only provided my 50 deposit. I played in good faith and believe it is unfair to allow bets and then confiscate winnings afterward without real-time enforcement.
I have tried to resolve this directly but have been denied any reasonable outcome.
I would advise others to be very cautious when playing here.
