Ich warte seit über 3 Wochen auf meine Auszahlung. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, auf der Website der Live chat zeigt nur Ladekreise an, den Kundenservice auf der Website zu erreichen ist faktisch unmöglich, da es dort nicht existent ist.
E-Mails schreiben bringt ebenfalls nichts, da dort nur automatische Emails mit Fehlercode 550 zurückkommen.
Der einzige Weg ist wahrscheinlich über die Hotline, die aber kostenpflichtig (bis zu 1,90€ pro Minute) ist.
