Product was as advertised easy to assemble and looks good on my deck. Got four tomato plants in it.

Slow shipping service and customer service response.

Then lost two of my chairs we reported and customer service said they will replace but a week has gone by now without a shipping confirmation and reply after three emails.

Scam company. Ordered a month ago. Never received shipping confirmation, and did not receive a response back asking for an update. I do not expect to receive anything. Avoid scam.

Received 1 of 7 pieces of my patio set. Can’t get anyone to respond to me. Will never buy again.

Waited almost a month then my order gets cancelled, took you guys over a week to answer any emails if they were answered at all. Overall I would not recommend your store to anyone.

It’s been a month since I ordered my item, and have NOT received it yet. I sent an email about getting my money back and no one has responded back to it. This was a waste of money. If I had known this was going to happen, I would never have ordered from them. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and I ended up having to spend more money and buy it elsewhere to have it in time for her. Not happy. Will NOT order from them again or recommend them to anyone!

Had to Contact Seller and ask where shipment was after 3 weeks? We were told that it had shipped 2+ weeks ago. They said it was out of stock and would refund the price immediately. After telling us it was already shipping. We check the web page and it showed 7 available to purchase.
The only good thing to say about them is that I received our refund within the day.
Will never use them again.

I was sent the wrong size containers. I took the order back to UPS & they said you didn't have a forwarding address & they believe it's a scam. So I tried calling & didn't have an order number available & now I seem to be stuck with these containers. I'm so frustrated

I never received the product,turned the problem over to my credit card company.

I received the wrong tv that I purchased from you guys. The website showed the exact one I needed and then when the tv arrived it was completely different from the pictures on the website. I wanted an exchange of the tv with the one I ordered but I never received a response from you guys pertaining to the problem. I called 4 times, no response. Then I emailed you guys twice and still haven't heard anything. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I will probably never buy from you guys again.

Ordered sectional sofa. Delivery timeliness went as expected. Delivery guys were great and professional. Sectional was supposed to be brown but item delivered was gray. Delivery guys recommended we accept it and if we don't like it they would come pick it back up. Mr. Great Deals has said they put in a return request but a month later I am not getting a response. Appears I am stuck with the wrong colored sofa. Not good company policy. Unless they correct this issue I will never purchase or recommend them again. Not a happy customer.

The item I purchased was exactly as described by the seller and I received it on time as expected. Good and fast service.

There was a little confusion regarding delivering. Website showed only a single shipment, while order was shipped in two shipments received a couple of days apart. After receiving the first shipment, I emailed supported and did receive a prompt response. Got the second package the day after. The small confusion keeps them from getting a five star, but overall happy with the experience and also happy with their feedback.

i still want the Langers Organic Mango Nectar.--a 2pack package for about $31.00. I will have to reorder it
