AVOID AVOID AVOID

This man took £822.50 from me, a single mum who just needed flooring for my new flat. He deleted all his comms after and refused to respond to any emails/messages. It's been 6 months and he still hasn't completed the job and has no intention of doing so.

He is a compulsive liar, he gaslights, he cheats and I'm praying that one day all this bad karma he has accumulated literally hits him like a ton of bricks.

Please save yourself the money, the headache and don't end up as another victim of this scammer.

I'm afraid I've been conned by Raza at MRCS as well. Had a written agreement on the work required and despite fully paying the requested amounts, it remains uncompleted. Needless to say Raza has disappeared and blocked all comms.

Raz is a fraud took deposit of £500 paid 15th April it’s now 2nd May no carpet has been installed. 3 missed appointments, no invoice emailed to me. Repeatedly asked him when are you coming . No response. I have requested money back nothing received as of yet. Reported to trading standards and taking legal action. Wish I read reviews first, as he has a reputation for taking long and missing agreed appointments. Avoid by all costs. Became defensive and called me rude when I asked him where my money was. Also, stated to me he had cashflow issues, which is not my concern for a customer that just wanted her carpet done.

If could give 0 i would like the other comment! Constantly late and im moving house, price kept changing, some of the fitted carpet i am getting redone as awful, will add video and photos but AVOID! Was only Raza and a young boy , when stated would do in a day, taken 3 days and still not complete, paid full and bathroom, kitchen and toilet not done. I didnt even want them back so told them not to come back, then sent a message stating i owe him more money!!! Just disgusting service of honest. Carpets very loose on parts of stairs and razor blades stabbed my little girl as went up staors, awful job.Unproffessial, late and the list goes on of honest, the stress they have caused would of happily paid 1000 more! Getting all downstairs redone in new year as past point of repair, joins dont match and lifting

I would not use this company they have taken money off me no show no carpets and still no refund

I used M R carpets for the first time . From the time of quote to getting my carpet put in on the stairs , it was the most fantastic experience ever . It was a load lifted off my chest . I did not have to go around asking and comparing costs. I was advised well and the job was taken over as if it was their own . The quality of the carpet is amazing and the price very reasonable as there are cowboys charging horrendous prices . I was so happy that I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
