Great service
We had an event on Sunday so tried our slush machine on the Tuesday just to make sure it was working. It wasn’t. So we googled for a new one. This company came up and it said offered next day delivery if ordered before 12. As we were further away i thought I’d better call and check this out. The man I spoke to was very helpful and phoned their couriers to double check and said approximately 3 days give or take. I was hopeful. Order placed on Wednesday delivered Friday afternoon- perfect!

Great example of how to run a business
Ordered at 15:27 on Wednesday, order updated at 15:52 to say completed and dispatched and we received the order by 10:30am the next day, very happy with service, now onto the syrups, we’ve ordered a few mixtures, we have tried the blue raspberry, lemon and lime and coke flavour, all top notch! Will defiantly be ordering again when we’ve worked our way through the current syrups!

With regards to the postage costs, we send everything on a next-day tracked service with a courier which means it is more expensive than Royal Mail. We only charge what we pay for each shipment, and do offer free shipping on any order over £100+VAT.

Hi, our shipping charges are what we pay the courier, and all items are shipped using a next-day service.
As we don't have a flat rate for shipping due to costs being higher for certain areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, shipping is calculated once you enter your delivery postcode and is shown clearly below the products subtotal. All shipping is free when your order exceeds £100+VAT.
