Just the best quality and service

Wow. Amazing service and high quality from a company that appear to really know their niche customer base.

I ordered a sale priced Mr Riegillio branded leather jockstrap and I was knocked out by the presentation and the craftsmanship of the garment.

The delivery was only a couple of days to the UK from the Netherlands and it was carefully packaged and arrived via FedEx. The garment was gift wrapped in a bespoke delft patterned paper that was unmistakably designed with a tongue firmly planted in the cheek! Brilliant. A personalised note, details of the order and a 10% voucher for future purchases completed the package.

Mr Riegillio treat their customers with respect and care. When you receive your order you will feel special.

The construction of the garment is of high quality and and I was over the moon with the fit. I am by no means an Adonis, but the fit was flattering and I feel great wearing the Jockstrap.

A great job folks. I can't wait to find my next treasure from Mr Riegillio 👍

Over the years I have ordered around 30…

Over the years I have ordered around 30 items from Mr Reigillio. I don’t ever recall having a single issue with anything. Ordered pretty much comes the next day to the UK! They’re packed in a box! Wrapped like a Christmas present and also bagged for extra protection! Quality is outstanding and would recommend to anyone!!

On my second purchase from Mr-riegillio.com, Cruquiuszoom 51, 2142 EW Cruquius, Países Bajos, the person who assisted me refused to complete my order because they didn't want to add a simple note stating "I made up excuses," even though I had requested information about shipping costs three months prior and was told there was no problem. Just yesterday, while checking their website, Mr-riegillio.com,I discovered that they no longer ship to Mexico. It's a shame that this business decided to remove us from their customer list due to the unprofessionalism of their staff, who prefer to make excuses and claim they are the ones who were offended. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Thanks for your feedback. You asked that the parcel be processed through a specific customs location in Mexico, otherwise it would be returned to us. Since we don’t control customs procedures in Mexico, we weren’t able to guarantee delivery.

Due to new import regulations in Mexico, we’ve been experiencing an increasing number of delivery issues. For this reason, we’ve temporarily excluded Mexico from shipping while we investigate and work on a solution.

Great customer support

I had placed an order through an online shop for the christmas elves, but unfortunately, the product was never delivered. After waiting for some time without any updates, I found out that the original brand had been acquired by Mr. Riegillio in the meantime.

I reached out directly to Mr. Riegolo, although they hadn’t been responsible for the initial purchase. To my surprise, their customer support responded quickly. They looked into the issue right away and arranged for the missing product to be sent to me without, even though the order wasn’t originally placed through them.

I really appreciated how seriously they took my concern and how smoothly everything was handled. Great service and truly customer-focused. Thank you again for the support!

They do send too many emails if you are subscribed to the newsletter though.

issue with an item that ws damaged

Had an issue with an item that was damaged on trying on, on receiving yesterday Emailed the guys and immediately got a response and we had exchanged messages well past their office hours . Then today they sorted my issue and organised a replacement. Top customer service imo and will buy from them again. Thanks so much

Return Experience

Update: The Mr. R folks wrote back, took care of the issue, and are processing the refund. The whole process was frustrating, but I appreciate them making it right.

While I have strong concerns and apprehension as a future customer because the late night emails (I assume from the owner) were ... let's say "emotionally charged" … they did eventually return to professionalism for the most part in the end.

Grateful that the issue was resolved, even if perturbed by the way things went down.

Original review: Ordered five items, including leather pants. Returned four of them and within the window, but received a rude email (incorrectly) saying that I had been too late. Replied to them with a copy of their own return policy, and exact details from the tracking number, and they admitted to their own confusion.

But then they accused me of only returning 1 of 4 items when I put all of them into the box. Either they lost them, or an employee pocketed them, but adds even more salt to the wound. This is not yet resolved.

Very disappointed. I’ve been a huge fan and advocate for the brand to friends over time, but this whole process has been so frustrating, confusing, and unprofessional. A lot of lost trust on my part.

Initially, we rejected your return due to the belief that it was submitted too late. However, upon closer review, we realized this was incorrect and proceeded to process your return. At that time, we had already been in contact and communicated this with you.

We also noted that only one item (the pants) was included in the package, while four smaller items were missing. This was mentioned to you, but we did not receive any immediate feedback regarding it.

Yesterday, you sent several emails after office hours and left a 1-star review on Trustpilot. As these came in after our business hours, we didn’t have the opportunity to respond thoroughly until today.

We’ve now conducted a weight analysis, comparing the return package against the registered FedEx shipment weight. Additionally, we reviewed our security footage from when the package was dropped off. The footage shows that the box was visibly damaged, suggesting that the missing items were likely lost during transit. We've filed a case with FedEx to investigate this further.

Since the loss was clearly not your fault, I’ll be issuing a refund for the remaining four items right away.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion on our end and for the issues with FedEx. At the same time, we do feel that a bit more time to respond could have avoided some frustration and perhaps made the 1-star review unnecessary.

Poor finishing on leather trousers – issue dismissed by support

I ordered a pair of leather trousers, which were delivered promptly. However, the leg hems were simply cut off without any stitching or proper finishing – a clear defect in workmanship. I contacted the seller and provided photos, but the support team claimed that all trousers are delivered this way. This is not accurate, as I have purchased leather joggers and similar styles before, and they were always properly finished.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned I wouldn't be ordering again, the response I received was, "That would be great – then we can both go our own ways. Wouldn’t that be nice?" – which I found dismissive and unprofessional.

Should the seller acknowledge the issue and offer a fair and constructive solution, I am open to updating this review accordingly. (#2497813)

When i first discover

When i discover the website i was not sure, but one thing was really exactly what i was looking for so i decide to have only one cheap purchase and se how will be. When after that i made until today 3 huge orders and i'm really really happy...I honestly hope that one day they will do some casual leather collection with same prices but i love all the material, style and mood of this brand.

If you're buying online, just, dont…

Their clothes are nice *when they are made right. I've ordered from here half a dozen times, and almost every time there has an been issue.

Ordering the same size shirts and shorts and having them be made noticeably different sizes. Some some fit nicely, others very tight, some to the point of not fitting at all.

Leather wrist wallets listed in size increments of 1cm, yet the variance within the same size (different colours) being over 1cm.

Poor packaging where smaller more delicate items were place under larger heavier items, leading to permanent indentation/crush marks.

Items incorrectly labled with the type of leather they are made with. The standard item being made from sheep leather, the "sample" item being labelled as "same materials as our regular items", but really it was cow leather. And when this was mentioned in an email, their response was that some other random item is made out of cow leather, so too bad. Smug would describe it.

I kept going back for more because it's a great price on sale right... Despite all the issues right... Surely if I order the same labelled size, it will be made the same size right...?

If you can go into a physical store, and try something on, great. But don't roll the Dice online, it's just not worth it. And while I do like the stuff I have, when people ask where I got it from, I'll be more than happy to give them all the relevant details.

The is exactly what I went through via email. Here is the full text from the item in the sample sale, interesting that you left of the part that says same materials as normal.

"ABOUT SAMPLE SALE
What are samples?
Samples are made from the same materials as our regular production, in the same factories in exactly the same way, just in smaller quantities. We use samples to help us finetune new collections or they’re used for photoshoots. Some samples may have small aesthetic differences, for example a label might be in a different place, or the information on the label might be incorrect, but the product is for all intent and purposes the same."

And the text from the regularly available blue cargo shorts, the closest equivalent

"These rugged cargo shorts are made from 100% Sheep Leather which adds style and durability. The Jeans Blue finished leather is very supple and has an excellent feel and weight.

Sheep leather is known for its softness, light weight and strength. It is one of the most resilient leathers, as the leather is composed of a very dense weave of fibres of small diameter interspersed by numerous elastic fibres. This structure of the leather gives the hide a distinctive tight grainy texture with ridges, resembling to pebbles. The natural properties of the full grain sheep leather means that the backside can look like it's damaged, this is not the case, it occurs naturally inside the skins specially with sheep leather."

I never had issues with small marks or defects, but a completely different material should have been listed.

Edit 2: I had planned a more comprehensive update. But now I've been poked to hurry up twice.

You're correct I made the mistake on the blue, I own that I should have clarified the materials when it said cow in the description, and "regular materials" in the sample blurb. The issue still stands with the green. The only mention of its materials was the blurb that it's the same as regular productions (the regular green 5 pocket being sheep).

I get it, it was a quick sale, we both over looked things.

For one of them, this was clearly stated in the description, and you acknowledged that you had misread it (“Oh, I feel silly. You are correct, they do say cowhide.”). With the other short, we did not specify the leather type, and I apologize for that oversight.

After you admitted the misunderstanding, we didn’t receive any further response from you. It’s unfortunate, as your review does not accurately reflect the facts.

Great quality products with very good service and speedy delivery. Be sure to check sizing carefully before ordering, but using their chart everything has fitted perfectly. They clearly care for their customer experience and would definitely order from them again.

Great Service

Great company to deal with, First time i have used them & will definitely be ordering again (even got my friends ordering!), quick fast delivery. They are lying

They are lying. They told me that I could exchange it free of charge or get a refund. Even though they are small, they did not want to exchange it with a garment in the right size. I had to pay for the return of the garment that was too small, it took them 3 months to refund my purchase without refunding their shipping costs. In short, do not order from them.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Ordered the Mehron leather snake pants, when I received it, the print was clearly bad. That would have been all fine had they simply taken it back for free. Instead, they refused to do so stating it would not be a defect, but handmade and not flawless.
Handmade my ass! For a 150 € pants I expect nothing less but flawless. There is a crack in the pattern due to a production mistake, that is. And it´s simply ruining the look.
Calling it "not flawless" (a statement you won´t find on the product´s page, by the way!) feels close to gaslighting to me, and refusing to take it back for free is simply an inacceptable behaviour. And stupid as well. The future sales they lost today would surely have been worth more than 10 bucks for the shipping label.
So, if you care on gambling whether your item is fine or being treated like an idiot if it´s not – feel free to go with them!
