Delivery drivers never follow instructions
It seems that the delivery is going downhill. They stopped following requests and keep on leaving the fresh produce on a lobby without ringing so if you don't see the notification your produce will just be here tawing.

Ik ben erg tevreden over mijn ervaring met Mr. Fillet. Ik bestelde kippendijen, kippendijen met vel en vleugels.
Ik bestelde op woensdag en kon kiezen wanneer ik de kip wilde laten bezorgen. Ik koos voor "levering de volgende dag".
De volgende dag ontving ik een stevige, goed gevulde doos met al mijn kip. De kip was erg vers, in zeer goed vacuümverpakte zakken, en de kip was goed gekoeld met 4 koelelementen, die nog bevroren waren. Er werd ook een mooie verpakking diepvrieszakjes gratis bijgeleverd. De kippendijen [zonder bot], zowel met als zonder vel, zijn/waren heerlijk! [de vleugels moeten nog gegeten worden]
Ik twijfel er niet aan dat ik voortaan mijn kip bij Mr. Fillet bestel.
Jammer dat ze geen "kippendijen met bot en met vel" of "kippenlevers" of hele "kippenvleugels" of zelfs hele kippen aanbieden... maar misschien [ hopelijk] in de toekomst.
Zonder enige twijfel of aarzeling raad ik Mr. Fillet van harte aan.

I am very happy with my experience with Mr Fillet. I ordered chicken thighs, chicken thighs with skin and wings.
I ordered on a Wednesday and had a choice of when I wanted the chicken to be delivered, I opted for "next day delivery"
The next day I received a sturdy well filled box with all my chicken. The chicken was very fresh, in very well vacuum sealed bags, the chicken was very well chilled with 4 ice packs, that were still frozen. Also a nice pack of freezer Ziplock bags were added
free of charge. The boneless chicken thighs both with and without skin are / were delicious! [ the wings have yet to be eaten ]
There is no doubt that I will be ordering my chicken from Mr Fillet from now on.
Shame they don't offer "boned chicken thighs with skin" or "chicken livers" or whole "chicken wings" or even whole chickens.. but maybe in the future.
Without any doubt or hesitation I highly recommend Mr Fillet

I’m giving you 3 stars only because I have been a faithful client since 2023.
I loved everything about this company, from the quality of the meat to the delivery services. You grew so much since I first ordered and I was always happy to see that, as a person who appreciates companies/brands that do something meaningful and they do it smart. I still think highly of you, but I am disappointed.
I once ordered and I wasn’t home, and even though I left a note for the delivery person to leave the parcel downstairs, they didn’t. That wasn’t a problem, I received it the next day. The problem was that the next day the meat was white, smelly, and sticky. I couldn’t use most of it. I blamed it on the delivery service and didn’t say anything, because I have been ordering from them since 2023, as I said above.
Yesterday I got another package. I opened everything and put into the bags they provide and I left one bag to cook for today. When I opened the bag today, the chicken breast was white, smelly, and sticky. It smelled really bad. Usually when it’s fresh, it’s more of a pink color and NOT smelly.
These were isolated cases, but still very disappointing. I am writing this review because I wish you took more care of the parcels you deliver. And I trust that you will do something about this, because, like I said, you are a strong and meaningful brand.
