I was rather skeptical before handing over our in-house training development to an outside company. But to my amazement, MPS Interactive turned out to be the right decision. They use a range of latest tech and training methodologies to keep things interesting. Their gamified training sessions offer different types of scenarios that encourage trainees to try extra hard. There are many intangible rewards offered by these games like trophies and badges, which instill a spirit of competitiveness. There is one thing where I am particularly impressed by them, is the effort they put in learning the requirements of their clients. Only after they are absolutely sure about what you need, they begin the designing process. I guess this is their real strength.
