Worst bus service
I've never come across such a irresponsible service, I booked the ticket from Peddapuram to Miyapur, Hyderbad on 13-5-2024, with cost of 2300 per berth. They don't have proper bus documents, bus stopped by traffic police at Punjagutta, nearly 30 min waiting later, they said Punjagutta was last stop. In addition they are very rude and not even care to explain to the passenger.

They decided when and how to manage your money!!! Rubbish I transfer my money to my wife account and they just block my account with no reason. I went through all the security checks and because the amount was several thousand pounds they just blocked it. Now I have to wait 2to 4 weeks to get back my own money. 😩

do not use monzo
i called them to discuss an issue, they couldn’t tell me anything, said “they were looking into it”! biggest load of bull****! they said they’d ring me to discuss anything else, and then sent me a notification telling me they’d closed my account! they didn’t even hear my side of the story🤷🏽♂️

Extremely poor service - going to ombudsman
Have cancelled my insurance as they accepted the claim and then never provided the repairer any paperwork so I had to pay for it myself. TERRIBLE!
