Drop outs of service and Misleading info

I posted a positive review just after buying a one year lucury subscription. However, the subscription period was shown to be six months. After inquiry, moxchannels told me through whatsapp tha this is a synchronization issue and my subscription will remain active. Not so. Over the year I have experienced three times where the service would just stop and I had to contact moxchannels to reset the system, giving me another few months with the same misleading synchronization argument. Now the stopped again prior to the end of the subscription (March 17,2025) advising me to renew the subscription to prevent this from happening, instead of just keeping my subscription active for the full year.

So I have to adjust my positive review to a negative one, this has just been a pain getting the service to remain active and dealing with the false information provided by mox channels. I’ll find a better service provider.

Issues all the way

Despite having a year-long subscription that’s valid until February 18, 2025, my playlist keeps expiring every few months. For the past few weeks, I’ve had to reach out to customer support each time, and they assure me it’s fixed, but the issue persists. The responses I receive on WhatsApp seem to come from a chatbot, and they neither resolve the problem nor address the underlying issue.

Lousy

Lousy! Ordered and paid end of January, needed helpdesk for reset already since July, they wanted me to reorder early November??? For a service that doesn't work seamlessly... DON'T GET CAUGHT

Really satisfied!

Really satisfied! We are using their service for over a half year now. Never had any issues with them. They are always super helpful. Whenever you have a question or something isn’t working, they fix it immediately. You can watch almost everything.
