Customer service, above and beyond
Called MowerPower Ltd to see if they had a Wolf Garten product in stock. Guy on the phone said it had been discontinued.
However he explained how I could order a part of it as a spare and then buy the standard item, which was still made.
He even found the part number for me!

Useful spares you wouldn’t have expected.
Was having to use bungee cord to retain the grass flap in place and wasn’t sure if I could obtain a replacement spring for the mower, until I found these people. Ordered a replace Spring, and it arrived in good time. Everything refitted as good as new

Delivery punctual and items as expected. Unfortunately the blades of the old Qualcast Panther 30 manual mower are proving impossible to dismantle so we cannot fit the replacement part.

Regarding the Qualcast Panther 30 manual mower, you're absolutely right—it can be tricky to dismantle. In many cases, the input shaft actually unscrews from the end of the cylinder shaft, which isn't always obvious at first glance. We recommend checking this as it often resolves the issue when fitting replacement parts.
