A shame
A shame! Month's ago I backed a movophoto
product on kickstarter that I received only after a very long waiting! The product is the new Movo webmic pro 4K which is in fact only 4K 10cm away.
In other terms, this camera is quite blurry because there is no manual focus or auto focus (welcome to 2022) to set it properly! Indeed, very useful if you want to check the pores of your skin but certainly not for its main use!
I got contact with the sale service and they told me the product worked properly... Not in my opinion because it's simply a design mistake. They proposed me a credit instead of a full refund which is unacceptable for something which is almost a hidden defect... By the way as they only sell one kind of webcam on their site the credit will not be useful for me.
So, I guess I'll go back to my last webcam, quite older but much more efficient than this one, unless I've a real response at my mail.
At the end, it is very nice to see that when you put trust on someone, the only thing that matters for them is the money they get and not the quality of their product...
I really hope my comment will make them move because actually it's really not the case!
