These are thieves I paid for unlock my phone. They can't unlock it they charge me before unlock my phone they said if they can't unlock don't get any charge and return my money,they can't unlock it and charge me when I ask to return my money they said they charge me for information about my phone no for unlock it

It has been more than 20 days since this company stopped responding to me, despite my multiple attempts to contact them.
I paid for the premium service to unlock a Samsung Galaxy A13 (last digits of the IMEI: 2241430), but after being told to contact a technician by WhatsApp, I never got a response.

I wrote by mail to Movical and used their troubleshooting form, but they never replied either.
I did not receive the service or refund. I recommend to be very cautious, especially since the payment is not handled by a system that protects the customer. So if they do not respond, there is no easy way to recover the money.

After posting this review, the company contacted me and issued a full refund. I appreciate that they took responsibility for the issue and resolved the situation.

Stay away, it's a scam, they'll take your money and deliver nothing in return. Don't have the decency to respond back to messages or calls, once they get your money. Bad experience..

Horrible. Didn't refund all my money when they couldn't unlock my tablet. This so called company is a Ripoff!!!

I bought a code to unlock a cell phone, the price was quite fair and attractive, they gave me the 16 digit code to unlock it but it didn't work. I filed a report and recorded the video showing clearly that the IMEI of the cell phone matches the order, and how is it that when I put it 3 times it never worked. They were supposed to contact me in a short period of time, but it's been a month and they haven't answered my emails or refunded my money. Be careful, if the code does not work they are not responsible, they do not have the guarantee they promise.

They did not come through, paid 52.00,for remote technician to unlock with cable and software. Prepaid phone. with device locking app,. like they claim on their website Just took my money. Did not do anything. Just sent an email saying i have unpaid bills on a prepaid phone,... Phone is worth less than 50 dollars. they claim to unlock 99% of phones, 5 star reviews. Customer service will not respond to emails either. Do not use.

Then they charged me to run the imei check , which i already know about the phone, the unlocking policy is 6 months, phone has 100 days left, Which they lied and said unpaid bills, but charged me 17.00 for the imei check ..then refunded me 36.00 Because they dont want to do what they claim... Dont loose your money stay away Scammed me out of my money.

Update : they send me an email saying: we just refund your money cuz the operation failed ,that's not true I don't se any refund on may account still waiting for my money back

Update: they refund only 36 usd , I payed 48 but it's OK

Scam! Paid 85 dollars for a clean IMEI and sent they sent a email saying 4-5 days but when I text customer service and emailer then a question they don’t respond even though the bought says we’ll respond in 8 hours it’s been a whole day and no response I don’t know don’t trust the people and I want my money back! Very disappointed

I bought a code to unlock my phone and never received it. It's a huge scam.

Hi Guys, this is a scam website and they are cheating especially USA people. They charge the credit card and they never respond to their whats app number. I already reported to the FBI and US Authorities since they are scamming millions of dollars from thousands of customers and they are doing money laundering. Also, I wrote a letter to all Credit Card agencies and BBB to block them. I suggest people to go away from these scammers. Soon their website will be blocked and they will be caught by Authorities. Be careful don't use your credit card with these guys they post multiple amounts to your credit card. I believe they are storing the credit card information and selling it on dark web.

Scam. After purchase the imei clean service which is cleaing via usb service, there is no response from movical. SCAM.

Solo te asisten al hacer el pago y despues te ignoran completamente. Son una estaf global.

No answer per mail, i cannot check my IMEI on their website.
no support unless you get data kraken whatsapp on your phone.

They came thru 3x cheaper and much faster then the competition. Was skeptical at first but so happy I did. I WILL be returning to unlock all my future devices and refer any friends looking to do the same.
