Sadly, I have to concur with the other negative reviews on this company, which I wish I'd read before I hired them to transport my car from England to my home in Wales. I paid more than £500 up front to 'Daniel' (if that's his real name) and was assured of all the details of the collection and same-day delivery. That is the last I heard from Move Your Motor. Nobody turned up at the pickup point, nobody called or emailed, and the contact details I had been given for 'Daniel' and his cronies did not get me through to anyone. I wrote many emails, left countless phone messages: nothing. I can only assume that these people are either incredibly incompetent and uninterested, or (more likely) a bunch of crooks who will take your money and run. Please, please, don't make the mistake I did, and avoid MYM like the plague!

I CANT PUT INTO WORDS ,JUST HOW AWFULL THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY IS .I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH ANYONE ITS ONLY BY SHEER LUCK THAT I EVER SAW MY VAN AGAIN ! They took 600£ of me then lied and lied and laughed down phone THEY KEPT PUTTING ON DIFFERENT VOICES BUT ITS ONLY ONE £UNT ACTUALLY. when I kept calling wondering why they never turned up THEY JUST PRETEND THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT .

Never ever ever use them .!!!!

Booked and paid for their service. They didn't show up after confirming 5 days before the collection date, then gave one excuse after the other claiming their driver had turned up & the vehicle was too long. All this information was supplied at time of booking. The collection address being a secure fenced yard. NO ONE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE. Don't waste your time!

Horrendous company to deal with. They took £2353 upfront payment but never did the job. Refuse to refund so we have had to make a claim at the county court. I am a pensioner with a terminally ill husband and the person we dealt with, Daniel, just was not interested once he had taken our money. When he spoke to my husband, who suffers from motor neurons disease, he told us we would not get anything back. They did not supply a proper invoice but charged VAT although we do not know if they are VAT registered. We are also talking to the police as they took money by deception. When you look them up on Companies House the only address is a firm of accountants so you cannot even go to them to have it out with them face to face. We will try and get the limited company wound up as we will not tolerate what they have done to us. Beware that they are part of the company known as Leads Every Day Limited with the same directors. Even this company only has an office address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
