This has been an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience. We were forced into dealing with Move With Us after our landlord stopped paying the mortgage.
For over 3 weeks, our front door has not been working properly. We’ve contacted them every single day, only to be told they understand — yet nothing changes. Now we’re expected to wait even longer for a replacement.
Living in a property without a secure front door is unacceptable and has seriously affected my mental health. I feel completely ignored and helpless.
Please avoid this company if you can.

I had a very positive experience with Move with Us during the resolution of our tenancy deposit return.
There was some confusion caused by previous agency records, but Samantha Curry and the team handled the situation professionally, patiently, and with great communication throughout. They kept us updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure the full deposit amount was returned successfully.
Special thanks to Samantha Curry for her support, kindness, and quick responses during the whole process. Her help made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Really appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the team. Highly recommended.

We were informed in writing that our offer on a property had been accepted. Following this, we were advised that we needed to provide proof that we had sufficient funds to proceed. We clearly explained that our existing property would be placed on the market immediately and that we expected it to sell quickly. This was communicated transparently and in good faith.
Our property did, in fact, sell within seven days. Throughout this process, we made every effort to keep Armani informed by sending regular courtesy emails updating her on our progress. Unfortunately, we received no responses to these communications.
Once our sale was secured yesterday morning, we were about to send over the formal confirmation (memorandum of sale) in order to proceed with the purchase. However, we received a call from the estate agents (Argyll) acting on your behalf informing us that the property we were purchasing had been sold to another party due to a higher offer.
At no point prior to this were we contacted by Armani to warn us of any risk, change in circumstances, or competing offers. Despite knowing that we were actively selling our home based on the assurance that our offer had been accepted, we received no email, phone call, or any form of communication to allow us to make an informed decision.
This situation is completely unacceptable. We have now sold our home and are left without a property to move into, all based on the assurances provided to us.
Armani explicitly assured us that we had “nothing to worry about,” when we raised concerns about the house being still available on the market until we provided her with a memorandum of sale to which we relied on this statement when proceeding with the sale of our home.
It is very clear that there have been underhanded attempts by Move with us to seek higher offers when we were told in writing and verbally that our offer had been accepted.
We found out afterwards that only 5 days after our conversation with Armani stating that the property was ours a higher offer was accepted, but worst still was if she had the decency to contact us with this information we had time to pull our home from the market. We had ZERO communication from her, so we proceeded to sell in good faith. We didn’t find anything out until yesterday (28th April) and this is only because the estate agent called us NOT Armani. Absolutely shameful behaviour on her part as she was fully aware of our situation!
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic duty of care demonstrated in this situation has caused significant disruption and distress to our lives. It is deeply concerning that such conduct is allowed, and that a member of staff could mishandle a situation with such serious consequences. When we eventually spoke to Armani yesterday after multiple attempts to get hold of her for an explanation of her inaction to inform us, all she could provide was a pathetic excuse and an apology. Well, I am afraid that’s simply not good enough, this is peoples lives and security she is handling here!
Avoid this company if you don’t want extreme psychological distress!

From our offer getting accepted to completion, move with us provided exceptional support to assist us in the smoothest conveyancing process possible.
They assisted in chasing solicitors and providing updates to ensure a speedy and smooth process.
Sophie Hudson was particularly helpful in assisting us push through to completion and we are so grateful for her support.
We feel very lucky that we had move with us’ support.

We only dealt with Kim Dickinson who was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and fast responding to me.
I will say, in the beginning, the communication and contact with move with us via the shared team line & info mail box was proving very hard to get through to, with no responses, or “promise of call backs” which never happened or no email replies, but, once Kim took over it was easier and smooth sailing.

A very professional company!
My main contact was with Lisa Serralha.
She was always there for me. Answering my calls and offering support throughout the entire process. I was always kept up to date with everything. Incredibly professional.
I want to also mention Alex Brennecke and the entire team.. from start to finish they kept me informed. I can't thank you enough for such an incredible job.
Definitely 5 stars!!!

We were seeking to part exchange our property due to the slow market conditions at the moment, and MoveWithUs were employed by the home builder to do a report on our home.
The initial process was very quick, and comms were good. Estate agents attended within 24 hours, etc. Each time we phoned following the estate agent viewings no one answered the phone.
The final report showed a 10% difference (50K) in the expected sale price compared with similar properties they highlighted as having sold within a 0.5 mile radius, however there was no rational for this. Even in the market context the report was mathematically questionable based on the data the report itself provides. I understand their role is to drive prices down when buying but I’d expect this to be justified/evidenced.
The company asserts that the numbers must be valid as it uses independent estate agents valuations, but it gives different categories of valuation but doesn’t cover what questions it uses to establish these. One has a 30K difference assigned to ‘risk’ but this isn’t categorised….is it risk it won’t sell tomorrow…if so this should be made clear, as it’s not a reflection of value but a balance of value and specific market context (which is significant at the moment due to the interest rate rise).
There is a STC house in our area which took around 250+ days to sell, all others sit at about 35. The 250+ house is one of 6 listed in the report, with the report acknowledging these 6 are out of a possible 28 (sold and STC). The 250+ house is significantly different to our own, however the company used this house in the ‘average sale wait time’ calculation. I’m assuming they took a small sample size as despite this being an obvious anomaly we were assessed as having a 200+ day average wait to sell.
The report said we live on a steep hill…we don’t even live on a hill, and that our house is part of an estate…it’s not, it’s a one off built by itself. The contradictions are quite stark.
Likely an ok company if you have a home already expected to sell quickly, want to minimise personal hassle, and are happy taking a hit on the price. Regardless, I would suggest comparative research to provide confirmation of their review/analysis.

Beth Puxley has been absolutely excellent throughout the process. She has been clear, professional, and very prompt in all communication, always keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. She was also incredibly helpful and efficient in progressing my offer quickly. From the moment I was informed that my offer had been accepted, it took only one day to receive the sales memorandum, which is a real credit to Beth and her proactive approach. Her friendly and supportive manner made the whole experience much smoother and far less stressful. I would highly recommend Beth Puxley to anyone buying or selling a property.
