Absolutely shocking - incredibly ruthless and borderline bad behaviour including accepting an offer then publishing it it to encourage more offers and refusing to commit whilst asking for the purchaser to pay out i.e. potentially leaving them out of pocket. Would recommend having a good solicitor if you deal with them.

Wouldn’t waste the time following up on your response. The house sits empty months later despite pressure on rural housing. It’s greed - and would be good if your spelling was correct.

We had a really great experience with Daniel Leversha handling our house move. Moving can be a stressful process, but Daniel made it so much easier with his friendly and professional approach. He was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had.

Property purchases can often be complex. We had a tight deadline to achieve and thanks to some sterling pushing and chasing by Dan Usherwood, we got there. Dan has that rare quality; a determined ‘can-do’ attitude - and where others get stuck in the problems, he is off seeking solutions.His communication skills are also outstanding and unusual - he always returns calls. How rare is that ?? A much-deserved well done and thank to him. He is a credit to the organisation. The compliance team are also worth a mention 😊👍.
