Felt like I was playing with fire on every squat and deadlift, until MoveU.
After years of massage therapy money down the drain and always feeling confused about why I feel tightness, pain, and a have a lack of mobility, MoveU is exactly what I needed.
I'm not too far into the full-body program and I'm loving it and feeling progress. Can't wait to complete the full course.

Great program
I stumbled upon this website and was initially hesitant to try it. I am so glad I did. I have been suffering with right hip and leg pain along with numbness from the hip to the toes for nearly a year now. I was hesitant to seek medical help due to the pandemic. I did my own “physical therapy exercises” which helped a little. I did eventually go to a chiropractor this year in early spring with minimal results. I am now completing week four of the full program. I feel much stronger and have less pain with much decreased numbness as well. I have learned so much and I am incorporating all of the recommended body mechanics on a daily basis especially at work( I am a nurse). I think much of my problems was attributed to poor body mechanics and movement patterns. I am going to keep working on the website programs and hopefully will continue to see results. The work is not easy. I have been working out all my life. I’m 52 now. It is challenging and well worth the cost.

Is Moveu needed in your life?
Yes! Easily Yes!
The thing about the Moveu experience is that you really need to learn what they are trying to teach you in order to have a better life.
If I could describe Moveu in a few words it would be MUCH NEEDED FOR A BETTER LIFE.
Many of the things they are teaching you are so basic and easy to do but so impactful in your overall and long term health.
Funny story was I recently saw a view of how I used to activate my abs when working out 2 years ago. Boy was I in trouble. Worst part was I thought I was actually doing the right thing hehe!
In the Lower Back and Abs program that they have I learnt that I was doing the exact opposite of what I should have been doing.
The reason I had to take the lower back and abs program was because I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia.
The biggest reason for my hernia was because I was doing the wrong things thinking I am doing the right things.
Moveus Instagram page changed that...
I started seeing Dr. Mike pop up from time to time being all funny and making complex stuff easy.
From shoulder positioning mistakes to breathing mistakes to pelvic contraction mistakes to even bad abdominal pressure.
Slowly I worked on correcting and still i am learning.
It’s a lifestyle actually but a good one because it’s the small corrections that count.
When you subscribe you even get access to instructors in facebook groups, great content for every region in your body.
Injury is something unavoidable! So why not reduce the risks by learning the right things.
He even teaches you how to run for crying out loud!
Imagine he makes breathing hard!
I did say it is simple but there is also advanced things if you want to take it to the next level.
Give moveu a go. You won’t regret it!

What are you waiting for?!
I don't have anything negative to say about the program. They are very helpful and explain the concepts real well. I recommend to everyone!

I love what they’re about!
I love what they’re about and how they’re doing it. I was sceptical joining an online program but the detail is in-depth and I’ve learnt so much about my own body and movement. There’s plenty of content to work through too. I’m recommending them to anyone who listens haha

As an athlete for the majority of my life, it's humbling to go back to the basics. But after multiple injuries and having to drop certain sports after seeing multiple physios, I found MoveU.
I've only been enrolled in the program for a bit over a month, but it's been highly informative and very simple to follow! The best part about it is spatial and body awareness, so you're not just focusing on the movement while you're exercising - you're focusing on your body posture/position throughout the day, too. Plus, the quirky banter and fun videos are an added bonus.

Best program ever!!
I’m one month into the program and MoveU has taught me more than any chiropractor or massage therapist I’ve seen in the past 6 years ever has. I’m noticing myself being more conscious of my posture & alignment and I am taking my progress into my own hands. MoveU is very unique and really helps me challenge myself and get to the root cause of my pain. I know that with time, the results will finally start to show😊!

There’s too much fluff
There’s too much fluff. there should be an option for informational or just stretches/exercises. When time is precious i don’t want to spend it clicking through 5-10 minutes info videos.

MoveU I only have good things to say about your program. Anatomy explained like no other, followed by the exercises to better understand in detail. Bringing the elements of fun knowledge and visual explanation together ❤️ Great work. Had been following MoveU u for a long time, and decided to enroll due to a knee injury and so happy I did. Thank you

It feels like the program is all over…
It feels like the program is all over the place. Doesn't really give you a good breakdown of step by step as well as when to perform the exercises. 1-2 days a week, every day, etc. I love the videos and "quick fix" exercises, but the programs just doesn't feel organized. I found the mckenzine method book more helpful.

I learned a lot and all coaches were very pleasant. My issue is that it was way too much talking before each session that takes a lot of time to watch and I just didn’t have that time.

I never thought about my posture like this before
This program has been super helpful in understanding the mechanics behind my posture, but also how to correct it. I have been stretching for years and never saw the improvement and pain go away. This has helped!
