school example of how not to treat a costumer!

My insurance got canceled due to lack of payment. I informed them that the Swedish post have had a lot of problems with the post to us. they send me the cancellation 3 1/2 month after the missed payment. if you pay within three months you get your insuarance back. they choose to inform me two weeks after deadline. so bad! I have made payments with no problems since 1998...

Horrible experience!

Awful communication and horrible service!
Insplanet recommended me Movestic for health and accident insurance as I wanted something extra for me. After searching a bit I gave it a chance. I had Movestic insurance for 3 months both as health and accident.
At some point after these months, I realized that I have not received any email, kivra notification, call or any other attempt of communication by Movestic. I had received no bill for it again.
Finally, after a long time I received unpaid bills with the notification that my insurance will expire after that date if I dont pay it. Obviously sth had happened and the bills did not arrive to me until 2 months later. The insuransce was cancelled. BUT no one tried to get in touch with me and ask me about it. Movestic based its assumptions that I did not want to pay. On what? I just did not receive my bills. Its stupidly unproffesional. What if I really had an accident or health issue (for what I thought I was paying for) and I could not read or pay the bill? Then I would be doomed thinking that I was covered. The worst behaviour, awful service and no answer after my last messages of why they cancelled it without notifying me further. There are other better companies to invest for such type of insurances which can be life saving. Movestic is crap!

Scammers with extortion fees

Tried to leave their expensive pension fund when they told me to pay an extortion fee for leaving them, even though all the money is in stocks that have no penalties for being sold and the process can be done automatically by computers. Just illegal anti-competition practices. Dirty scam all the way.
