Can't fault my experience. Phone came in 2 or 3 days. Saved loads by buying from movertix. Would definitely use again in the future.

My phone came in time, in excellent conditions with its original package and labels, at first I felt a little distrust because it was my first time and the track system just showing the message in preparation, but I got my phone and it's just beautiful! :D

A plus rating , phone arrived on time and exactly as ordered. Saved a nice few euros by going with Movertix . Will buy here again 👍

The experience was seamless, I liked the service and delivery packaging. Information about no charger in the box or the second sim to be e-sim can be given at the top of the phone specs section which would make the process more smoother for consumer.

Do not trust this store. They sent me a broken phone and do not reply to emails. They have hundreds of complaints all over mainly because people receive the box without phone inside, and they don’t care. Customer service does not exist and they might be selling non-original products.
They are not serious and professional at all.

I got My order earlier to my home door faster than what I exped. My Mobile was on Hood shape and Works ok.

Xiaomi de Movertix-experiencia horrible
Comprar un Xiaomi de Movertix fue la peor experiencia de mi vida. Compré un Redmi Note 10 pro de Movertix, el 23 de diciembre de 2022. A los 3 meses de recibirlo empezó a tener problemas. Primero empezó a congelar la pantalla, luego se apagó y finalmente provocó interrupciones y/o mala calidad de las llamadas de voz. Los síntomas empeoraron gradualmente hasta que resultó imposible utilizar el equipo.
El 11 de abril de 2024 intenté activar la garantía en Atención al Cliente de Xiaomi y no encontraron el IMEI de registro del equipo, por lo que se negaron a activar la garantía. Tuve que presentar una reclamación al Defensor del Consumidor para que me activaran la garantía. El equipo fue reparado en Tamet Portugal. Llegó en condiciones básicas de uso, pero el rendimiento estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para este equipo. Sin embargo, a 18-12-2024 la pantalla se ha vuelto a congelar, las llamadas de voz han vuelto a fallar y mientras tanto el botón de encendido/apagado ha dejado de funcionar.
La peor compra de mi vida.

Buying a Xiaomi from Movertix was the worst experience of my life. I bought a Redmi Note 10 pro from Movertix, on December 23, 2022. 3 months after receiving it it started to have problems. First it started to freeze the screen, then turn off and finally cause interruptions and/or poor quality of voice calls. The symptoms gradually worsened until it became impossible to use the equipment.
On April 11, 2024, I tried to activate the warranty at Xiaomi Customer Care and they couldn't find the equipment's registration IMEI, so they refused to activate the warranty. I had to forward a complaint to the consumer ombudsman to activate the warranty for me. The equipment was repaired at Tamet Portugal. It arrived in basic conditions of use, but the performance was far below what would be expected for this equipment. However, at 18-12-2024 the screen has frozen again, voice calls have failed again and in the meantime the on/off button has stopped working.
The worst purchase of my life.

Best price overall even with the shipping costs and fee taken for paypal. Quick fulfilment and delivery, can't fault it. Will surely be on my shortlist for the next purchase of a tablet or phone. Thanks a mill!

Quick delivery!

I purchased a Xiaomi 12 from Moventix in December 2023, and within a year, the phone started malfunctioning. The upper part of the screen became unresponsive, so I reached out to Moventix to claim the warranty.

Unfortunately, they directed me to contact Xiaomi, but Xiaomi refused to repair the phone, stating that it wasn’t sold through an authorized partner. I informed Moventix about this issue, but they have completely ignored my follow-ups.

It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t honor its warranty commitments or even respond to customer inquiries. I expected better service and accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Moventix unless they significantly improve their customer support and take responsibility for after-sales service.

I don't believe it that the phone to order comes very quickly. The package was the original. I am very happy

Delivery quicker than expected

Do NOT Purchase from Movertix !
I brought two Phones from Movertix. One of the two Phones will not turn-on or charge-up.
I have sent numerous Emails to Movertix, Customer Service and other departments, (I sent the first Email just the day after receiving the Phones) and I have only received automated replies.
I have no choice now but to bring this phone to a Phone Repair Shop, unfortunately i can't really bring the Phone to the Shop myself, as I've a disability and my mobility is extremely limited.

Do NOT Buy from Movertix !
