I ordered two Samsung S24 Ultras and they were the best value I could find.
Delivery was exactly as per the website.
I received a tracking number once the items were shipped so I could see the phones were on the way.
I never heard of the website before now so was unsure but very happy with my purchase. Would recommend.
One thing I found odd was a fee was added to my total price and I don't know why, they still ended up cheaper than anywhere else.

I bought a Samsung S23 FE phone from Movertix. On the Movertix website the S23 FE was described having the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, but the phone I received has the Exynos 2200 processor instead. I ordered the phone from Movertix because I specifically wanted the Snapdragon version of the phone.

I contacted the Movertix helpdesk to ask if the phone I received can be traded for the Snapdragon version, but after a week the helpdesk hasn't responded.

Not good potential fraud
Fist phone I had, had a bit of a dodgy screen my M33. I tried them again for an A25 and the description was not clear, stating it had 2 sim slots and a SD card slot. But when you open it, it only has 1 sim and an SD card slot or 2 sims and no SD card slot. nothing stated you had to choose either or. My M33 I bought from them had the same description as the A25 in accord to the card storage and Sim slots, and the M33 had 1 card slot and 2 sd card slots all at the same time, so why would I think it would be different?
Anyway I messaged them about it 5 times and they're trying to ignore me and say I should have magically known some how, even tho their description was the same on both phones and not give me my money back.
Further more they say 2 days delivery and it was 6 days until I received it which I never complained about. Not a good business practice for companies that want to survive. They are capable of better. I would have simply swapped for another phone but unless they honor their warranty to take it back, they wont like the results and I will keep this review up. Plus I will let paypal and the EU authorities they have committed fraud.
As you can see by their response that were replies to the same issues, they're just a bunch of vague misleading liars, who changed the description on their site after the fact, as I have proof of what was actually written. If I could post pictures for proof on here I would. Hope this company get destroyed. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in the EU as they false advertise!!!

Excellent service, brand new product in original sealed box at price significantly lower than anywhere else. Item arrived fast, approx 48 hours. Only issue was shipped via UPS not FedEx specified by shipper and wasn't able to track, but came quick enough to not matter.

Great service from Movertix I've used this company before to purchase a Phone got excellent customer service and fast delivery exactly what the company promised.

I ordered from Movertix because they were selling the item I wanted, including shipping, for almost 10% less than anywhere else. The item was delivered within 6 days and was well packaged. I did not like the process, however. In the future, I would pay a different vendor that 10% premium for a better interaction.
I was not able to pay online, instead I needed to organise a bank transfer, then make a screenshot of the transfer, then send them the screenshot. I got several emails about the status of my order, including a tracking link. A few days after receiving the tracking link, the shipper still had not received the package. I sent an email asking for more information. The auto response informed me that replying to me was a low priority. Two days later the package was delivered. It turns out that the tracking number was correct, but the shipping company was not the one that Movertix said that it was.
All in all, more hassle, more uncertainty, and no customer service.

Overall I would recommend them for their good prices on cellphones. Only complaint was that there was a mix-up with shipping my order and I had to contact the support team to get the correct information.

I received the product. There is some delay, but the product is good. If you want to order, go ahead and check it out, but not, it was closed to avoid delay.
