I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the service I received through your platform. I am shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the company registered on your portal – Florence Relocation Services tie up with Elite Services (or whichever is the name of the moving company).
Despite full payment and mutual agreement over the phone, I was later asked to pay an additional 4,800 AED once my shipment arrived in the UAE. I had no prior notice of this charge and no choice but to pay under pressure to receive my belongings.
To make matters worse, several of my items arrived damaged, including:
TV cabinet – broken
Shoe rack – broken
Washing Machine – broken
Fridge – dented
This is completely unacceptable.
I am demanding:
A full refund of the 4,800 AED I was forced to pay unexpectedly.
Compensation or reimbursement for the damaged items.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to:
File an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Department in UAE.
Post reviews and share my experience publicly on social media and complaint forums.
Consider legal action to recover the unjust charges and damages.
I trusted your platform to connect me with verified and reliable companies. Please take this matter seriously and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
