Duty Fess on US Orders
I love their products but I am disappointed to know there are now duty fees on orders to US. I had to pay an additional $36 USD in duty fees on a $118 USD order.

I love the transparency and quality of this company. I’m custumer almost since they started and they always deliver what they are standing for. Yet because of some european regulations I’m quite sad of changing the ingredients in prime because the first series were even more potent and effective than this one. Imagine that now.😊

50% Tariff! I was notified by DHL that I had to pay…
I was notified by DHL that I had to pay a 50% Tariff ($121.00 US) on my order of two containers of PRIME.
This is prohibitive. I've not received a response from them on this and they will most likely return the product to you. Please refund my money to me if this I the case. A 15% tariff is now expected, but not one for 50%. Please research this at your end and let me know if you discover a solution.
