They advertised selling the American pros-aide product and even used the real picture on their website, but when the product arrived it was their own label on the bottle and the product was absolutely rubbish, it did not adhere at all. I have used the real pros aide before and this was no where near it. This is complete false advertisement, I contacted them for a refund but obviously they did not answer. Avoid at all costs, scam company!

Buyer beware, these guys will send you damaged goods and ghost you once you inevidably initiate correspondence for a refund.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Quite comfortably the worst online company I have ever used. A third of my order didn't arrive, 6 weeks later and 8 phone calls and I'm still waiting for a refund to be processed. Apparently their refund policy is to conduct an investigation before they refund (all though they know for certain I didn't receive them). Mouldlife seems to not adhere to consumer law as their own policies over ride it. The office manager would just prefer to argue rather than do the right thing and issue a refund for missing goods. All in all it's been my absolute worst online shopping experience ever. And I still don't have my refund.

Good products at correct prices, but disappointing service. I ordered my resins back in June and only received them last week. Promised delivery time was 3 weeks. First the issue was with the supplier, then factory disruptions, then the transport company
All-in-all a very inconsistent story and slow communication.
