When he arrived he introduced himself, Luke. Explained what he was going to do and carried out the work without any disturbance to myself. Very polite and courteous. Cleaned up. Excellent, thanks 😊 👍

Jeremy came to help and was incredibly attentive to detail. He thoroughly treated all the mould in our house. Very happy with our service would definitely recommend.

Mark, who came was very polite very respectful. He did his job professionally, is a good conversationalist… He’s good at what he does, he found issues that the last people didn’t.. The issues have been there for as long as I’ve lived here which is nine years… and there’s been a few come out over the years.

Josh D attended our home to install a new loft vent unit. Arrived on time and was very professional. Told us exactly what he would be doing at every stage and did a superb job. Left the area clean and tidy and didn’t mind me asking if I could snaffle the huge cardboard box (for my pal’s house-move). I would absolutely recommend the company and certainly Josh D. Professional and friendly and takes pride in his work. What more could you ask for.

We had the pleasure of your operative Paul working in our home for 3 days this week dealing with our mold issue. He was very friendly and professional throughout his time with us. He explained what he was doing when needed, and the finish of his work was second to non! Keep up the good work Paul.

Had two moldex employees here today. Emma and Shane. Shane did an awesome job on the painting side of the job and Emma once again did a fantastic job fixing my extractor fan. 10/10.

We had Danny visit us today to fit in ventilation and he was amazing. I had to go in another room and shut the door due to my baby and dog trying to bother him but He still kept me updated as he went on. He was friendly and polite. Thankyou!

1st of all it was lovely to see a female trade person. Emma was efficient knew exactly what the job entailed. She completed her work neatly with a great finish she was courteous polite and friendly . The guy was polite on the phone letting me know he was near by and was due shortly. He was efficient and professional and did a good job. Am happy with what he has done and removed and treated any mold.

They came out got straight on no messing around did what they needed to do they did a great job cleaned up after themselves did a good job all round

The operatives where kind friendly and very helpful they were very efficient and did a really great job overall very pleased

Lovely chap called Liam came and did full survey, very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

Mouldex sent reminders regarding their visits, which was useful. Their pricing was clear and value for money. Their operatives (including Paul Hudson) were all very amiable, polite and informative.

Had them out a couple of times now for various jobs and they’re always helpful and kind. Would highly recommend

Mindas from Moldex came to my property to carry out some improvements, he changed and installed a new bathroom extractor fan and a new kitchen extractor, very polite, cleaned up after himsel, painted ceiling and wall in bathroom again no mess
