Didn't receive my full order and was not refunded.

Ordered 2 items. They were buy 1 get 1 free. Only received 1 item. They emailed me back and said multiple times that they take pictures of every item before shipping yet refused to send me the pictures. I understand that mistakes can be made but they were very argumentative. The packaging was not tampered with. I was given a $5 refund for a $35 item that I never received. Silly thing for a small business to do as we would have made many purchases with this company but now they have lost out on any futures sales from us.
