They just respond with wait 3 more weeks for a quick shifter its been about a month and some change and still haven't received an update or anything else besides 3 more weeks i got a tracking number that doesn't exist

Part mis labeled, didn’t fit
I received a part that didn’t fit.
The part that fits my bike doesn’t look like the one I ordered originally. And it’s $70 more. The one that fits came in Thursday, I asked if I could pay with PayPal and still haven’t heard back from them. It’s Tuesday.

Missing part rectified
The vented clutch case arrived promptly and fitted on my bike perfectly, however the oil cap was not supplied. A bit of back and forth and the issue was attributed to the original boxing in Italy. Long story short Motowheels got me the missing part and now I just need the snow to be fine.

I would give 0 stars if possible! terrible communication! I ordered a part and paid extra for priority shipping, i didn’t receive shipping confirmation or a tracking number for two days,so i sent an email and they responded only to tell me that the part i ordered is on back order and wouldn’t be shipped for a minimum of 2 weeks.. i don’t think they would’ve told me that unless i asked.. i canceled the order and requested a refund which took a few days to receive.. save yourself the time and hassle by dealing with this crap company..
