Excellent service, from start to finish. Would definitely use again.

I reserved an Audi Rs7 with motor trust uk , after several issues with the car and almost a month wait before It was road worthy, my finance agreement had expired and now general manager Nigel refuses to refund me my £744 deposit, contradicting what the salesman Morgan had told me. Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.

Dealt for years with these guys great service great value wouldn’t go anywhere else

I part exchanged my Fiat with this company for a Jaguar E-Pace, bit of a change but had driven Range Rovers before and it's a car I always wanted. They gave me a good part-ex price and the Jaguar was reasonably priced too.
What stood out for me was the salesman, Tom. Polite, professional and kept in touch throughout the process. When an issue with a sensor delayed delivery he not only kept me in the loop, but then offered to pay half towards the delivery cost as means of an apology for the delay.

When it was delivered by Stevie - another lovely, professional chap - the car was spotless, and had half a tank of diesel (a lot for that kind of car and tank capacity); I've had it three weeks now and working perfectly, no issues at all. It's a beauty to drive and couldn't be happier with it or the service. Would recommend 100%
