I recently bought a car from MFL and the experience was way easier than expected. I was shown around a variety of options, and was understood what I was looking for in particular, which helped me make my decision on my purchase. The whole process was smooth and I had a really good experience.

seemed helpful initially however after having an issue with suspension after having the vehicle only 2 weeks the dealership have been avoiding calls and texts. I have now had to involve my finance company due to the lack of communication from this dealership.

Mini Cooper S - had an issue with the aircon shortly after purchase. All sorted under warranty and helpful updates during the process. Good outcome, and no further issues. Buy with confidence.

I paid a £250 deposit after the dealer advertised it as “fully refundable.” When I chose not to buy the car, they refused to refund me and ignored my messages. I had to go through the legal system (Money Claim Online) to get my money back. While I did eventually get the refund, it took time, stress, and legal action. Disappointing experience

Adam was great to work with on my purchase of a bmw m4 comp. He was super helpful in arranging the finance and talking me through the process. The car has been a joy to drive and I’d recommend this place.

Not the best experience unfortunately.

The garage had arranged to purchase my vehicle from me through Carwow. There was quite a delay between the purchase of the vehicle and arranging collection which wasn’t the best start but was put down to the snow. When they eventually made it over to me and looked round the vehicle the individual inspecting my car from their garage decided to “give it a miss” due to something which is on the MOT history but this was stated to carwow as hadn’t been rectified since the last MOT before the vehicle was even listed. As someone who works in the industry I just think it’s a little bit odd for anyone to even bid on a vehicle without checking the MOT history first, it’s the basics when even looking to value a car nevermind attempt to purchase one. The individual that came to inspect was very polite and apologetic to be fair which is appreciated hence not being too harsh with the review but even so I’ve now wasted over a week due to pure carelessness.

Unfortunate for my first experience with this garage, doesn’t quite build any confidence in me ever buying from them in the future. If selling to this garage make sure they have done the basic checks right away to avoid any wasted time.

Absolutely love the car and the guys at MFL were fantastic, communication was really good and when I had trouble getting to the garage on time due to transport issues Sam stayed behind after hours to wait for me so I could still collect the car the same day.
He was a really nice guy and made the whole transaction effortless from the minute I walked in the door till the moment I drove away checking everything was correct with the car before I left, I can’t fault them at all! If I had the money I’d buy a car off them every week, cheers guys!

Brilliant! Quick and efficient, the car looks and runs amazing been kept in perfect condition was in and out fast with all documentation signed and on the road would highly recommend.

Really friendly and extremely helpful can’t thank Adam enough. Made sure I was happy with the car and when I couldn’t get down to the showroom, the guys at MFL had delivery arranged for me and got the car to me with half a tank!

If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with Zakier you to will find a very rude chap. He will try to rip you off then spout autotrader law guidelines as tho he knows what he is on about. The car that was purchased was not fit for purpose and on return of the vehicle he withheld the refund until the very last minute. He came up against the wrong person this time and I hope many more bring him to task on the cars he sells.

Brought a Mercedes c class from these and the 4 hour drive was well worth the wait very helpful and honest brought the car as was very happy week later had a flat battery they sorted out straight away would highly recommend

Travelled up from near Swansea in South Wales and it was well worth the 5 hour drive. Adam was very helpful and made the whole process really easy and stress free. I purchased an Audi Q5 about a month ago now and I'm totally over the moon with it. Thank you Adam, highly recommended.

Great experience with Adam, I was quick to book viewing and even though the car wasn’t fully ready he made time to prep the car, keep me in the loop with updates, go through the service history and fix some of the small issues before arranging same day delivery. Car is great, service was great, I would highly recommend Adam and the team!
