MotorisationPlus.com is a Scam: Avoid This Site at All Costs

I regret to say that my recent experience with MotorisationPlus.com has been extremely disappointing. I want to share my story to caution others about the possible scam this company may be running.

I ordered a sun roller shutter motor on February 9th with the expectation of receiving it within 2 days, as advertised on their website. However, 15 days have passed, and I have yet to receive my purchase.

My attempts to reach out to their customer service team have been futile. I received an automated email response claiming that there would be a 5-day delay in shipping, but a week later, I received the same email stating another 5-day delay. I tried reaching out to them multiple times after that, but I only received the same automated response every time. It is evident that this company is not taking my order seriously, and there may be some scamming practices at play.

I am convinced that I will never receive my order, and I feel that my hard-earned money has been stolen from me. I paid 110 euros in total, including shipping costs.

Furthermore, the language barrier made it difficult for me to contact their customer service team by phone. It took hours of being transferred from one person to another until I finally found two English-speaking workers, Alice and Emma, who promised to call and email me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, even after their assurances, the problem has not been resolved after 15 days.

Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. MotorisationPlus.com's lack of accountability, poor customer service, and possible scamming practices have cost me time, money, and trust. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and find another trustworthy company to do business with.

In conclusion, MotorisationPlus.com has failed to meet my expectations, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs.

UPDATE: it has almost been over 2 months since I placed my order and yet I am still waiting for my order. Now it is pretty clear that I was scammed.

Do not trust them...

Do not trust them.... I did an order and arrived incomplete. I asked them to send the missing part and they, after their verifications, told me to resend the product. I did, then they are not sending the product and they are not refunding me ! I opened ticket and they do not provide answers. When I call, they say I am right and they will solve the problem or the will recall me... never. never . I asked at least to give back my money but nothing.
