Probably the least stressful purchase of any vehicle. Bernie & Ariana were very pleasant, knowledgeable & gave us the time & space to look around the vehicle. Everything was explained & we were confident when making our decision that we were working with people with our interests at heart.

We had a left-hand drive A Class Hymer to sell. It had done 67,000 miles over 11 years from new and no one would take it in part exchange. We tried one Motorhome broker without success and we tried privately, likewise drawing a blank.

We then chose Motorhome Depot and in particular Steve Williamson in Lincoln to try to accomplish what others had failed to do.

Steve was fantastic. He helped us prepare the vehicle before taking a range of photographs and video. We had our first serious interest within two weeks and Steve was very patient in showing the couple around our van for over two hours!

They decided to purchase the van and Steve then spend another two hours plus accompanying them on a test drive and ironing out any final problems.

Steve was friendly, professional and patient throughout the whole exercise and I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Motorhome Depot to sell your Motorhome.

Mark was excellent across the board, explained things clearly and helped throughout the whole process, including full transparency on costs, commission etc. I would absolutely recommend using motorhome depot for selling and buying your motorhome.

I bought a motorhome from Bernie at Motorhome Depot around the end of June 26. I had been looking for a good condition used one for months and when I spotted mine at motorhome depot I went to see it a couple days later and bought it. Motorhoming is brand new to me so I was thankful that I found the right place to buy it from. I did find a couple of minor issues with the van the few days following and although the van was essentially bought as seen, they were sorted for me when I told Bernie about it. I couldn’t recommend Bernie and motorhome depot enough. Bernie is both friendly and professional at the same time and I will have no issues returning to either sell this on in the future or buy another to replace it. My mother may also be looking for one in the future and I would say if she does go for it then Bernie will have the sale from her. Thanks again Bernie, I’ll keep in touch. All the best.

Joe took care of everything from placing an advertisement, making a video of the motorhome, escorting the buyers to our house and going through everything with them( first couple that came bought the motorhome). Excellent service, would highly recommended.

Ian had a great rapport with the buyers, who were on his list, waiting for a specific van to become available.

Using a broker gave both parties greater confidence in the viewing and the subsequent exchange of funds.

Yes, there is a cost to using a broker but, having had low quotes from local dealers, I know I came out financially well ahead with zero hassle.

After my initial enquiry to Motorhome Depot, Mike Shuttleworth came to view my motorhome, give me a quote and take photos. His approach was very professional and gave excellent advice. Within days, he found a prospective buyer and the sale was completed within 2 weeks. Mike kept me fully briefed on progress, managed the entire process, handover and sale. It was really worthwhile, deciding to sell my campervan through Motorhome Depot. It took the strain off; I did not have to deal with the details, and what I had been dreading, went along nice and smoothly, with guidance and reassurance all along the way. I did not have to worry about the transaction or anything preceding it - all the ins and outs of potential buyers.

Can't really fault the service provided. We were regularly kept up to date with an indication of the level of interest in our van. The selling process couldn't have been smoother or easier.

From the first point of contact with Dave and Mike we given as much time as we needed before paying the deposit on our new van. Contact was maintained from that point with arrangements made for collection from Poole railway station to allow us both to enjoy our first trip home together. Tracy was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in replying to any queries. The process was smooth and the van sold very quickly, making £2000 more than the trade in value. We were reluctant to manage the sale ourselves, particularly negotiating with potential buyers and dealing with safe transfer of funds. Brokerage was an excellent compromise.
