Bait and switch pricing
Purchased a set of forged aluminum wheels from Motomillion that I had my eyes on for a while. Made the purchase recently and my order was almost immediately cancelled and Manny himself emailed me asking for another ~$400 on an item that was already >$3000. He had stated that the pricing on the website was incorrect and I would need to repurchase. He made no attempt to offer any other solution and blamed tariffs. While I'm sympathetic to the fact that tariffs have increased the cost of many items, he had stated that the wheels were in fact in stock. It seemed as though he purchased these wheels pre-tariffs and was attempting to squeeze more money from me. Even if that wasn't the case, it is not my fault items are listed with incorrect pricing. I took my business to Superbike Unlimited and I recommend others do the same.
Motomillion has been a great experience…
Motomillion has been a great experience from ordering to customer service to return. I really have to give credit to Emmanuel has most definitely exceeded all expectations thank you for all the help )
Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service
They advertise they price match,
but when you bring a better deal, they say they dont price match that website and then cancel your order
Complete lack of communication
Complete lack of communication. Really seems like they don’t care. It’s like pulling teeth to get a tracking number.
Scam - Avoid & Don’t fall for the IG videos
I’ve had one of the worst experiences ever with Motomillion. My order from August was never delivered, and multiple items were never even shipped. Despite USPS confirming tracking errors and lost packages, Motomillion (through their reps Emmanuel and Hector) has repeatedly refused to either reship or refund me.
Instead, they hide behind an “insurance claim” process that has nothing to do with the customer. Even more outrageous, they’ve lumped items that were never shipped at all into this claim — which makes it clear they are using customers to file claims and profit, rather than fulfilling orders honestly.
I was even told I should place another order while waiting for the claim. That’s not customer service — that’s a scam. The responses I received from Emmanuel and Hector were copy-paste excuses that ignored the facts I provided and contradicted themselves multiple times.
Motomillion is not a trustworthy company. They refuse to take accountability, they stall refunds, and they try to make customers carry the burden of their broken shipping and insurance schemes. I strongly warn anyone considering them: do not order from Motomillion.
If anyone would like to see the full email thread, I’m happy to share it. This company has no defense on this.
Loved the guys videos on YouTube
Loved the guys (mani?) videos on YouTube. Decided to order $4500 worth of parts for a new bike as I prefer supporting local business. Paid $300 for overnight shipping. I confirmed via incoming call from them that: no problem, everything in stock, would receive the following day, they would pack the order immediately to get out same day and high likely hood will receive the next day.
Next phone call that they needed a credit card authorization form because $4500 is above the average order. Seriously? High end motorcycle parts supplier offers overnight shipping but then makes you fill out forms to get your order. Filled that out within 30 minutes, confirmed order still going out and everything in my order was in stock.
Next phone call that half my order was drop ship and not in stock. I confirmed twice before it my order was in stock with the exception of a belly pan which would come weeks later. If they didn’t blatantly lie to me, their incompetence is showing.
Then within an hour saying okay, I receive daily email and phone calls for days saying they didn’t receive credit card authorization form. I already filled out their document, within 30 minutes of receiving it, sending them pictures of multiple forms of ID and credit card. Personal info these clowns are collecting and storing which is against all visa/mc terms of use.
These guys are in Miami- keep in mind that Florida has the lowest education rates in the entire US which explains why everyone I spoke to or emailed with is sharing 1 brain cell between them. Complete incompetence. Had to call credit card company to get money back.
Avoid and find your parts at another small company. This is mostly a drop ship company that has a fairly poor reputation online. If you can wade through the BS and you’re patient you’ll get your stuff. But other reviews on BBB complain about receiving used items (returns probably.) and you’ll have to wait weeks if they don’t stock. I deep dived into their reputation after my experience and found far more negative comments than positive. Not fair to call them scammers but pretty close. They had me send multiple forms of identification and pictures of my credit card front and back… all for them to never send my stuff. Even the stuff that was in stock.
Oh boy
Oh boy. It took over a month to receive the wrong item. When I purchased the item there was no information about it being backordered (unfair business practice).
The item they have posted (part number & photo) that I purchased is different than the item I received. Their excuse? It's a new design from the company. It doesn’t matter if it’s a new design (not the case), if you would have had this item posted I wouldn’t have purchased it because it's not what I was looking for. It's clear misrepresentation on their part and they refused my return because I opened the part and tried to install it in the hope that it would work, which it didn't. The part was not damaged in any way and I had all the original packaging.
Bad experience in buying with those…
Bad experience in buying with those guys, they sell and do not have the products for immediate delivery ... it takes 4 weeks! Emmanuel needs to take a course on how to treat the client better Not even!!!
Great price and quick service
Great price, immediate shipping, and an overall stress-free ordering process. They are now one of the first places I'll be checking for parts.
Ordered a week ago
Ordered a week ago. Didn't get a confirmation mail or an order number. Still no news about any processing or shipping. No answer form customer support. Don't order here.
Great experience from start to finish.
From inquiring about a carbon fiber bellypan to arrival took less than 7 days. I emailed them to see if an Ilmberger bellypan would fit my model year, and heard back from them that day. Ordered the part on Saturday, received tracking on Monday, and received the part on Friday, double boxed!
I must admit I was concerned due to previous reviews, but after covid there have and still are supply chain issues. I'm glad I decided to give them a try.
Extremely Disappointed in Motomillion
I ordered a 525 to 520 conversion kit, after watching motomillion video on youtube for my Ducati Diavel v4. Motomillion claimed the kit is a direct replacement both in their video and website. The kit was put together and sent by Motomillion. I received the kit and proceeded to install it on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, motomillion sent the wrong front sprocket, a T17 instead of a T16.
I contacted Motomillion to notify them of the mistake. Ooooh boy, I was extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation. First they blamed me, it was my decision to purchase the conversion kit (i kid you not). Then they claimed I couldn't return the front sprocket because i Tried to install it on my Diavel (True, that's how I found out they send me the wrong part because it wouldn't fit on my bike). At one point I had to check if they understood the situation and send them an email detailing everything to ensure we have the same understand:
1. Motomillion put together a 525 to 520 conversion kit for a Ducati Diavel v4 (check)
2. Motomillion claim the kit is a direct swap on YouTube video and on their website (check)
3. The kit was put together and forwarded by Motomillion to me, no one else did it (check)
4. The kit sent by motomillion had the wrong sized front sprocket - a T17 instead of the T16 mentioned on their YouTube video (check)
After making sure they understand the above, I got a response claiming the T17 is the correct size and not the T16 that was mentioned in the video. They finaly asked me to provide a picture of the pike for their "technician" to look at it and help resolve the issue + a 5% discount on my next purchase. I declined the 5% since I won't do business with Motomillion anymore, and sent the picture required for their "technician" to resolve the issue. To this day I did not get a response back.
Motomillion is an unprofessional organisation. They refused to assume their responsibility for their mistake in sending the wrong part. The part in question cost 35$ to 40$ retail. My advice is to check that they sent you the correct parts before attempting to install them. Or, do like I did and take your business somewhere else.
Incredibly disappointed in Motomillion
Motomillion - Thanks Emmanuel!
I ordered multiple products from Motomillion and am a repeat customer. Wanted to shout out Emmanuel who answered my questions on the specific products, ensured my multiple orders were shipped promptly, and he made sure I was taken care across the board from a documentation signing to a product inclusion perspective. He was very prompt and also followed up with reminders to ensure I received my products as soon as possible. He is very easy and very accommodating to work with!
Awesome company and awesome products and good pricing! Will be buying from them again.
2023 BMW S1000 RR build
After seeing many well made and very informational motorcycle Motomillion videos on youtube( awesome job Manny). I decided to finally buy my dream bike 2023 BMW S1000 RR. So If you love motorcycles and expects the best quality of parts for your bike, I would HIGHLY suggest to check out Motomillion first.
Not only they have the best, quality parts and fair pricing. They also pride on having the best and excellent customer services. They respond instantly without missing a beat: Taylor and Emmanuel are a true Miami Vice. They get the job done and ensure client service is at the top of their priority.
Although this is my first experienced with Motomillion and with your team, this certainly will not be the last one. For I'm a customer for life with Motomillion!!!!
Trust the best for the bike you love!!!
Quality doesn’t match the act
Purchased a TWM carbon fuel cap from them in 2021 that leaked within a couple of months, when we took the tank off to replace a fuel pump. Over time, the bike started to smell more and more on petrol, while sitting on it, with the tank in place. I recently saw a video of Mani promoting the caps, in which he suggests making sure that the gasket is in place. I took my fuel cap off and found that the gasket was falling apart.
Wrote to Mani about it last week. He told me that there was a batch of caps with bad gaskets and that I should write to customer service for a replacement. I did so.
Someone named Taylor replied with a US$66 invoice for shipping to Australia! The whole cap cost me $25 for shipping. I raised it with Taylor and he came up with excuses like ‘we don’t set shipping costs’ and ‘we are not the manufacturer’.
Firstly, while they do not set shipping charges, choose the shipping option. You don’t need priority package shipping for a small gasket that’s thinner than a folded letter.
Secondly, in Australia at least, statutory guarantees apply between the seller and customer - not only the manufacturer and customer. As a lawyer, I am pretty sure the contractual obligation of the seller to provide goods fit for purpose is the same in the US.
Thirdly, if they don’t stand behind the products they sell all the way, but transfer responsibly to manufacturers, why should we buy anything at all from them? What if the manufacturers they sell goods from are not contactable or out of business? What if they’ve sold you defective goods that cause serious damage? Who’s responsible?
If they had integrity to stand behind their product and implied and explicit promise to the customer that the goods they sell are fit for purpose and of high quality, they would go out of their way to make up for the fact that I’ve been riding with a leaking tank for three years and they failed to warn me about the faulty gaskets batch until I took off the cap and saw the badly deteriorated gasket for myself.
I raised all this with Taylor, as well as Mani, but was ignored. The act of integrity and OCD levels of high quality (product and service quality go together) is obviously just that - an act. One that conflicts with their reality. Huge disappointment.
I subsequently wrote directly to TWM and they immediately offered to send a gasket free of charge, in a regular postal envelope. Their response time was quicker too. All they need to do is make sure they choose resellers who are in their league in terms of service quality.
Usually people tend to leave negative…
Usually people tend to leave negative reviews and people that had positive experience, just don't care about sharing it. I saw low rating of Motomillion.com after I've placed an order and was concerned about it.
Next day I've called their support in order to clarify the expected shipping time and was notified that the package being prepared for shipping as we speak.
The phone response was immediate, no issues at all.
Later that day they shipped the package and I got it two days later. Everything was fine, also got some bonus t-shirt (which is nice).
The reason I ordered from Motomillion, was due to the fact that it was the only site that had all items that I needed. Other option was to order from three different sites which is much less convenient.
Thank you Motomillion, continue doing great job (and I like your youtube channel) !

Purchased a center keyless fuel cap for my Monster 1200S and the first time I used it the tab breaks off!!
Contact them and they want a picture, send it to them and requested a refund. No response yet as to where
send it despite multiple emails to Emmanuel.-SUCKS
Never heard back from them contacted my CC Company and they reversed the charge and gave me back my money. To busy with Jared Campisi and his big tit bimbo girlfriend to take care of customers.
No reason to go anywhere else
No reason to go anywhere else! I was going to spend $230 for a lithium battery, lowest price I could find for my bike. Decided to check with MotoMillion and found the same Antigravity battery for only $195.95. Plus, I used my good buddy 650IB's promo code, and saved an additional $9.80; bringing the total to $186.15. I will be shopping here from now on. Thank you Manny!
I would give 0 stars if possible
I would give 0 stars if possible. I read the reviews prior but decided to give them a chance anyways. I ordered headers for my 2010 s1000rr for 852$. They called to confirm and had me sign an authorization form due to the high amount. Everything was going smoothly, then I check my email the next morning, they canceled the order without telling me and on top of that, they raised the price 300$ on their website!
