A disappointing experience

A disappointing experience. I tried to order a seat which stated it was available (1-3 business days). A week later I was contacted saying the item was not available after all. The website was wrong, but they still accepted the order and took payment from me.

I asked for a refund, but never got all the money back due to the exchange rate. When I contacted them stating I was out of pocket, and suggested that they should not be accepting payments for orders they cannot fulfill, I was ignored.

So it cost me money interact with this company because they can't keep their website updated.
