I received this beautiful bag so quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. The leather is gorgeous and the buckle with the kissing couple on the front is such a unique detail. I had been looking for something different for a long time and knew I had to have it when I saw it. I love it and am already planning to order the other one!

I ordered few pants and two pairs of sandals for my girlfriend in valentine . The ordering process was very smooth and everything was delivered without any delay.
I am really satisfied with the service . Thanks a lot !

Don’t buy from this company, the whole operation feels like a scam. I ordered an item that never arrived and was apparently delivered to a completely random address. The company made no effort to help locate the parcel and still made me pay the full amount. I believe this parcel was never sent as the courier had no information either.

During a dispute with a third-party company, they sent me private emails threatening that I would lose the case. Extremely dodgy behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

Too much problems

The underwear I ordered came in a nice sealed bag and they are so pretty . But the string started to unravel .

No communication, it’s about 2 weeks I order still got nothing!!!

The customer service is amazing and so is the product 10/10 all the way around it didn’t even take long to arrive.

My order didn’t ship out until a over a week after I placed my order. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner telling me that for the trouble they were throwing in an extra thong. However, when my package arrived it didn’t include an extra thong. I reached out to customer service again. They told me that they would get back to me, but never did. I love the thong I received, but I don’t think that you should promise your customers things and then not deliver on them.
