My son Logan and I are a big fans of your warbirds and they never disappoint on quality and performance. We had a problem with a retract and control for a retract on a Corsair ARF. Martin from Motion was quick to give us instruction and repair the situation. Very satisfied with the product and sercice. Try to work on shipping faster if anything.

I bought my first products from motion rc and was excited 4 days later when I got the email they had been delivered. I hot home and there were no packages so I called Motion RC and got a real person with no hassle,Friendly,professional and jumped on the problem. They found my pqckages,sent me a map of there location 5miles from my house. But when I got home from work the next day they were here on the porch. My first order will not be my last! CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are so many businesses in the RC world, some of them big names, that are happy to take your money. All of them really. But what sets Motion RC apart from the rest, is they aren't happy unless you are. Prompt follow up and great communication, with honest answers. Nothing turns me off faster to a company like vague open ended answers or flat out lies. My experience with Motion is that isn't an issue. Great company. Anxiously awaiting delivery of my second plane from them. Flightline makes great kits, and I would have never known of them without seeing them on Motion's website. Keep up the great work, and please release some more Flightline 1200mm warbirds!!!!!

FedEx Sucks
No problems with MRC THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU USE FED EX . They have been delivering to me for 8 years but their people do not care about service. In the last two weeks they have miss placed or totally lost 5 delivers to me. What can I do to make sure that in the future you do not use fedex for any of my deliveries. UPS never has this problem.

One off piece missed quality control
Had a partial structure failure due to some missing pieces on the maiden and I inquired to Motion. They reviewed my pictures and promptly addressed the issue with a replacement part to get me back flying.
I have purchased a lot from. MOTION RC and service has been great. The plane is a Nexa OV-10 and I find it overall built well and looks great. Flys even better in the air.
Excellent Customer Services After Sale
I was able to get a dead lithium ion battery replaced under warranty very quickly. I contacted Motion RC and got a reply the same day. The CS asked for pics of the item and later provided instructions on how to check the bad battery. After submitting several pictures, the warranty claim was promptly approved. And the replacement item was shipped out immediately. I was very impressed with how quickly this got resolved and happy with Motion's professionalism to stand behind its products and after sale services.

Fixed a problem very easily and quickly
I place an order that they initially made a mistake and sent me the wrong order. However, the procedure and the customer service was great. Motion Rc fixed the problem and sent me the correct order within one day. Two thumbs up. I also love that when I realized I had a problem I could call someone on the phone and they told me what to do from there. Is older guys appreciate that someone answers the phone and talks to us. Help tickets are ok but I appreciate just talking to areal live person 👍👍👍👍
