I needed to order a ten dollar belt

I needed to order a ten dollar belt. The last time I needed to order a ten dollar belt these people took FOURTEEN MONTHS to get one. I stuck it out because I wanted to see how lousy they actually were. Today, even after checking in with User Name and Password, their local person actually pulled the website down rather than help me find another belt. I'm sorry I don't need a truckload of whatever, but instead of just saying, "No, we can't get it," they put me through the wringer. Don't go there. Don't do business with them.
