I ordered a pair of leggings to receive no order confirmation. I emailed their ‘help desk’ which states 24-48 hour reply…it’s been over a week now.
I have not received my item and who knows if I will!!!
Please do not buy from them…save yourself the hassle!!!
Delivery timing - Not bad if you don’t mind your order taking over 2 weeks to arrive in 3 separate parcels.
Clothing - Passable quality. Not true to size but okay.
Customer service- Non existent. Utterly deplorable. When wanting to return 2 items I was asked to create a returns ticket. No acknowledgement, no reply, nothing. Utterly utterly awful. THEY DO NOT CARE!
