Appalling Online Delivery Service!

I paid for a named day delivery as I could not get to a store and wanted cot bedding for my baby granddaughter who is visiting this coming weekend. The parcel should have arrived yesterday, I have tracked it and it was still in Bristol (50 miles away) this morning so unlikely to be delivered until tomorrow. You should not offer this service if you cannot fulfil it. Very disappointed !!!!!
I tried to ring and you have a recorded message stating that I parcels can take up to 5 days. Words fail me when you offer next day and named day delivery, just be honest with customers rather than take their money and then mess them around.

Fantastic selection for all budgets and…

Fantastic selection for all budgets and quick delivery. Very pleased with my pram and baby carrier - which are good quality and affordable. Only minor feedback is customer service online can be slow to respond.

Promised delivery was 24 hours

Promised delivery was 24 hours, but the delivery is delayed by over three days, in fact your delivery missed the Christmas for defeating the very purpose of sending gift. It’s really very very bad.

Hey Kayesha, we are very sorry you were dissatisfied with the service but please do bare in mind that you placed the order on the Saturday 21st December and while our shipping policy is 5 working days, As a good will gesture we upgraded it to 24hour and the item was dispatched the following working day Monday 23rd December so it was always going to be a struggle to get it to you by Christmas eve which is the busiest time of the year for all couriers. We did our level best to dispatch as quickly as possible. The rest was in the hands of the couriers.

Bought a Disney Mickey Mouse backpack…

Bought a Disney Mickey Mouse backpack and my daughter loves it, great quality. Service was great and delivery was quick. Highly recommend.
