Bad delivery
i ordered the parcel on Monday afternoon and paid for next day delivery. it even said it would arrive next day if i ordered before 7 pm....which i did! My parcel finally arrived on Thursday afternoon. I wouldn't of minded if i didn't have to pay extra for next day delivery

Great product, slow help from customer service.

I ordered an item which never arrived…
I ordered an item which never arrived despite being marked as delivered. I emailed customer service and didn’t get a response for 3 days despite multiple email follow ups. I only received an ai chatbot response which was quite frustrating as they told me to check with my neighbours and safe places etc. which I had said was exactly what I’d done and it was still nowhere to be found, in my initial complaint. I then finally received a response from customer service who provided me with a picture of the package clearly being delivered at the wrong address as I’d stated my flat number in my order, but the photo showed it at a different door to mine although conveniently didn’t show the actual flat number so I couldn’t locate the package. I’ve now, 6 days later had to fill out an ‘investigation form’ which I imagine will take even longer to process, meanwhile I’m out £60 with no package and I haven’t been told they’re sending me a new one so quite frankly it’s been very disappointing considering I shop at motel very frequently.
