I spent $130 on this dress specifically because I am attending a concert on the 9th of may. I purchased it on the 25th of April and shipping to Aus said it takes 4/6 business days. It has now been 9 business days and the parcel has been sitting in Sydney for 3 days and the estimated delivery is the 12th of May. Quite disappointed, because I brought from this website specifically because I needed this weekend, not hopeful it’s going to arrive now

I’ve bought things from motel multiple times and I don’t have any completed most of their clothes fit me perfectly and look like they do on the website - the fabric doesn’t feel cheap either, and delivery is quite quick overall a great experience

Ordered two pairs of jeans exactly the…
Ordered two pairs of jeans exactly the same size one was blue the other grey, on arrival the blue pair fitted great however the grey pair didn’t. There was a definitive different both in the waist & length of the jeans. Emailed MotelRocks for advice. Received a response quickly however at the end of the day the jeans simply didn’t match the sizing of the other pair and had to be returned.
I was disappointed to find out that returning the jeans meant I had to incur additional cost. Shame it put me off ordering another pair 😕all the extra charges do add up especially when your paying more than high street and your taking a risk. 🫣
What I am happy to report though aside from not bagging some grey jeans is that the quality of the jeans kept is good and the ordering process was straightforward and if you send a message to customer services you receive a response quickly.
