Ordered aluminium extrusions and other stuff worth 300€ and its now been 6 weeks without any useful information about the package. The company blaims the transporting company and refuses to send another order or send a refund untill they know where it is.

From time to order to time arrived took about 2 weeks and everything was cut perfect! Great service throughout as they updated me on the progress! I highly recommend this company!

I bought 4 different shipments and had trouble with all of them. I have been waiting for 2 months on a €900 delivery and it still hasn't arrived. they don't have an email address and contact through their messaging center once you log in is pathetic absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
sent them a message on Tuesday on their portal and todays Friday still nothing. WKRS

The service is excellent and prompt customer service.

Production per lot, not expect that would be very fast, still...
Bought on September 27th and was delivered on October 8th.
Acceptable time for non STD measurement profiles, etc. Accessories Kit also looks accurate (+100 itens x 4)
People usually ONLY complaints in this website and my reviews is for the ones that might BE afraid of step up, just i was. Happily that i made the deal. Next time i need, i Will count on Motedis for that.

I have ordered several times from Motedis, but no more!

Their lack of any kind of customer support and the audacity of the "babble factor" is just too much. Like the customer is just a nuisance to you unless they spend alot of money or never send you a message.

Scheiße service and the belief that the customer is garbage and that Motedis never make any mistake

Your customers keep your business alive and pay your employees salaries, they deserve atleast some of your respect. I suggest you remember this or go out of business as I'm sure you soon will.

Avoid this company and it's arrogant director at all costs!

Ordered about €30.000 worth of profiles from them until now and they were never delivered in the scheduled time.
So this time I placed an order and asked them if they could make sure to get the deadline of 3-6 days this time before I paid € 1000+for the order.I even lowered the numbers of profiles when the delivery time changed for higher number.They said they would follow it up and make sure it was sent asap.After 10 days of no news about the order, I contacted them and the next day they informed me they were still waiting for some of the profiles to be delivered again half or end of this week because they were out of stock.So I asked them to ship what was in stock and to inform me about which profiles were missing so I could buy them somewhere else.2 days later I was informed of a partial shipping and one day after that, they informed me that there were no profiles in this shipping, just connectors.
The order was placed on 31/1/2024, it is 16/2/2024 today and I believe they blocked me for asking to be treated correctly as a customer.They should have told me these profiles were not in stock when I asked them for the delivery time, so I could decide to order from another company for this more urgent order.

First time to order at Motedis and was a good choice!
I ordered custom length profiles which were produced within 2 days. A few days after that the package reached my adress in the Netherlands. All perfect!
Webshop is clear and straight forward, production time is short and fast delivery. And not the least; good prices!

This is my third order with motedis. I decided to leave a review for each of my orders after seeing a barrage of negative reviews.

In my most recent order an item went out of stock and I was notified when a new shipment is expected. I've also had custom length profiles this time. It took 9 days from payment to dispatch. Not bad, given the target is 6 days + time for production (production runs in cycles).

Absolute mess.

1) They say orders will be ready between 3-6 days. Mine took 14 days.

2) It's then shipped from various locations, all with different tracking numbers, all arriving on different days.

3) The delivery company (To be fair not Motedis...) then delivers when I'm not home and when I get back from work... No package is there...

Just requested a full refund and I'll spend my money somewhere else...

I ordered from them via the .co.uk website thinking that they are located in UK. In the process of ordering, they did not inform me that my products will be processed in Germany.
Now they are saying that I have to pay customs duty.
I am not buying this. I will report them!
Please avoid this company because in the end you will have to pay more!

Generally terrible service, lazy, non caring and quite frankly incredible dumb people running motedis. Stay the far away.

Recently tried to communicate with this company to ask about a detail of the item. Even after creating an account, (which I wish I hadn't bothered), it's impossible to contact them. I don't believe this company wants any business. It's like a boffin, control freakish secret society. Swerve them!

No response to Questions regarding the delivery of an order... Was waiting for my order since over 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of no progress I asked for the delivery and they answered me that some article went out of stock without a date when it could be expected again. After another week I asked again and got no update/answer for more than 1 week. After my request of canceling the order they immediately cancelled it. Refund via Paypal was received after 1 day which is fine.

I am private customer with nearly 1000 € orders. Just to let you know, that I am not someone who is crying for a 20 € first order.
No service policy is their DNA. So I didn't expect product support. Went well for a few orders, but once there occur issues in the delivery chain, stock or where ever the totally non-appreciative bad dealing with their customers is about to start.

No service should not mean to have NO communication with customers at all.
What a bad experience. It is just frustrating and disrespectful and can cause a loss of valuable time. Especially the "Babble-Factor" which they probably use to decide whether it's worth to respond to a customer inquiry or not. Totally ridiculous.

Not a single euro worth to save when comparing the offer to other suppliers/webshops. I rather have a reliable offer and information about a status or issues than saving a few euros.. They're not even much cheaper! Adding the exorbitant shipping costs make the different almost zero to other offers!

Avoid that shop and buy somewhere else if you need to rely on a supplier. The more people get behind that, the better is the possibility of cuts in the customer base of Motedis and their admission that they did something wrong with their customers.
Hopefully they will change something on that... i am sad to write that review because before I was happy with my previous orders. But this risrespectful behaviour in case of any issues is not acceptable for me. I will choose some other company to order my materials at.

Build a racing simulator cockpit (a replica of a much more expensive well-known brand - I think Motedis is their supplier) with parts from Motedis.
Very cheap prices, and quality of products is very good.
Shipping is a bit expensive, so make sure that you order everything you need in one single order, to save money. Delivery time was alright.

Delivery time of 18 working days instead of 3-6 as quoted. No Information about that from Motedis instead you get a bad Babble factor when you ask for your order (paid 3weeks before)

Was using Misumi before these guys and other UK suppliers. Will be going back to them, sorry Motedis but you lost another customer.

Another greedy company who care more about their own wallets than their customers. Placed an order on 19th June, website states 6-8 working days plus shipping. It’s now July the 11th and my order is still in production. Their excuse too many orders! My advice stop taking orders or change your lead times on your website. Will never use again! Would not recommend. Worst company to deal with avoid!
